Love this microwave, it’s nice and much smaller than the one we had before! I also really love its little jingle when the timer goes off and it is aesthetically super sleek, clean, and simple.

Compact, attractive, light. Great size and ease for singles, couples, or those with limited space. Easy clean interior and the type of control panel buttons that shouldn't wear out from use like my last one did.

Originally purchased this microwave in 2020 and it stopped heating less than two years ago. Fortunately, I had purchased the Best Buy warranty so one trip to Customer Service and they exchanged it with no hassle. I opted to exchange since there wasn't much selection to choose from at the time and repurchased the two year warranty. Hoping my original one was just a lemon. I like the compact size and for 1000 W it does heat and warm perfectly.

I am challenged when it comes to operating ANYTHING! This is the easiest and best microwave I have ever used! Make no mistake. It might be small and 1000 watts, but it’s MIGHTY ! I really love it!

This microwave is amazing. It looks difficult to use but it is so easy and looks so modern. The size is also perfect for counter space. Has options to press inside of the door instead of on the door it's self.

Fast shipping and in good packaging. Roomy, strong and very stylish. I bought it for my office and am happy about it's functionality. I can increase the timing just by sliding my finger over on signs on the front of door.

Great microwave. Warms food up quickly and it is sizable

It's compact size, but with enough power. It heats up left-over steamed rice perfectly, soft and fluffy (not dried-out and hard). Same with frozen sausage croissant.

I bought this to use interim while my mother replaces her old built in microwave. Old one got burned up and went to a Busboy store to pick one up. It has a simple way to operate and yet elegant design made perfect choice for my aging mother.

Love the jingle this microwave makes when your dinner is done, and has held up well in our office setting with heavy use. Streamline look without buttons, but still easy to use - love it!

Great product . Compact, sleek design, ease of use. Saw a bunch of people complain about the chime but it can be disabled with a simple code if you google the model number.

Never thought I'd be reviewing a microwave, but after buying two other 0.9 Cu. Ft. models and seeing, here we are. The minor things matter: 1. The circle with wheels that sits under the glass has 6 wheels instead of 3 like most microwaves. It will never allow the glass to tip over or move around. It's great, compared to some others at the same price point (Magic whatevers). 2. The inverter handles doing 50% power by actually lowering the power sent into it, unlike other microwaves that do half-length bursts of 100% power, so it cooks the food more correctly. Haven't found anyone but LG making them like this at this price point. Makes those "reheat a plate of food" options actually useful (and work as expected too). My only minor complaint, and it's very very minor, is that a typical 60/90 second microwave packet of rice/quinoa just barely touches the top of the microwave, so after ripping the 2" hole to vent on the packet, you have to fold the top flap over. Like literally 2cm taller in the internals would have fixed that. So if you aren't aware of that, then the rice packet falls on its side and cooks sideways making a huge mess. I'd still buy the microwave. That being said, first one I bought was a dud (turntable wouldn't turn) and LG's response was "I hope you kept your receipt, take it back for a new one in the first 30 days". I got a second one anyways because of dimension restrictions, but also I had a friend who had one of these for the last 5ish years, so I know they last a while.

Had this little fella for 6 years before the lcd screen started displaying slightly incorrectly, otherwise still functioned properly. I think that makes it way worth the price and ended up replacing with the same one because it was time…. Not sure what life span to expect out of these but anything over 5 years is an A+ in my book.

I really enjoy my new Neo Chef Microwave. It is very pretty, fits in well in my kitchen and does a great job of heating up my food. I use it every day and would not want to live without it.

Start with my fave brand. Just the right personal size. Inverter design Light that goes off when door left open. Easy clean stainless. What's not to like?

I really like this oven and the inverter tech. Also I had limited space and this fit perfectly. However, it is missing a feature I have used on previous ovens for years. You can't run two programs sequentially. For example, run for two min on high and then three min at 50%. There's a learning curve for the controls but I find I like them.
