use this for my office. Fits in a small space, but has good power to heat food up fast & evenly. Easy & convenient controls. Plays a "Happy Dance" song when your food is done!

Love how quite it is! Fits perfectly where I needed it to. I was a little mislead by the sales agent on how the smart messages work. But maybe they really don't understand it but the book tells you how it works.

We bought this microwave to replace an older compact microwave. We are very happy with the LG NeoChef so far. It’s got a simple clean look on the outside and easy to cl an on the inside. I like the QuickStart 30 sec feature which is what I use 95% of the time. I also like the swipe for more/less time feature. It has a fancy tune when cook time is done along with a reminder. Our bigger square plates do not fit well. Big round plates would be fine. Overall, happy with function and look of this microwave.

I was looking for a small microwave that was of good quality and this fits the bill. The door is a little weird because it spans the whole width but so far so good.

Sleek, matches all the rest of my appliances. It was easy to program and is exactly the correct size. It was a gift and I was apprehensive but now I am delighted.

When our last microwave gave up the ghost. My wife and I were on a search for it's replacement. As our last oven was only a 900 watt unit. My priority was to get a 1200 to 1500 watt unit. My wife on the other hand wanted an oven with the same capacity as the previous oven. This LG fit the bill. Once we got it home and set it up. It was only then that my wife discovered all the other bells and whistles that she now loves! We are more than happy with this purchase. Looking forward to many more years of service with this oven. This microwave is sleek looking with the controls inside rather than on the door. Once I got used to that it was easy to use. Plenty of options and very efficient.

I have been enjoying my new microwave. It has many functions and has a nice touch display. It's easy to use. Has a nice turntable that is removeable to clean. Works very well.

I am the kind of person who always checks the Consumers’ Report before buying. I intended to get another compact model but a this new LG model on the shelf at Best Buy hasn’t been around long to be tested. The 10 year warranty, 10000 watts and smart inverter sold me. I couldn’t be happier with it. It takes up less counter space and the sensor works like a dream. Defrosting works particularly well—no cooked spots that make meat tough. The power is excellent, just 200 watts less than standard models.

The microwave works very well. It has a musical chime that plays when the timer goes off. It is quiet and all buttons are on the inside of the microwave. Outside on the door, there is a spot that you slide your finger over to increase the time. However, the microwave quit 8 months after buying it but don't let this deter you. It did not stop working altogether, it just stopped heating. Customer service took care of it over the phone immediately and sent me a check for the full price. I bought the exact same one because I like it so well. If this one breaks, I will update this if it happens again.

Love this microwave is a great one. Mine broke and i found this one in a pinch. Im glad this is the one i chose overall. This is a Great 1000 watt Micro for a small area.
