So far no problems. This is my second LG micro wave. The first one had an issue that caused it to spark and catch fire, it was out of warranty and I swore I would never purchase another LG micro wave. I purchased another brand and it kept popping the no fault breaker plug, I ended up going back to the LG, it is a great micro wave with many convenient features. I purchased the extended service plan this time.

Very nice microwave for the price. The 0.9 cu.ft. is the ideal size for what i intend to use it for. It has all the features you could possibly want in a microwave. It looks great and fitsvery well in the kitchen.Very accurate and precise for reheating things and even has a chime when your products are ready. I would definitly purchase the LG -NeoChef again.

I purchased this for my mother. She needed a small microwave to fit in the space under her cabinet. The outside size of it was just right, but the inside is pretty small, too small for mom. If you only need a microwave for heating up popcorn, a cup of coffee or tea or an average size plate of food, this would work. You won't be able to heat much more. As in the cup of tea AND plate of food would have to be heated seperately. Nice looking exterior and the inside has a nice glossy coating for easy clean up. Love the bright led light that comes on when you open the door. It's modern and BRIGHT! Easy quick cleanup for the front since there is no handle to clean around and its pretty much finger print free. Mom did not like the fact you have to open door to press buttons for other temperature settings. I don't see the big deal in that since you have to open the door ANYWAY to put your food in Lol. And if you have to heat longer just press the start once for an additional 30 secs, or twice for 1 min, and so on. It plays a cute "song" alert as the timer alarm to let you know your food is ready. I liked everything about it minus the size of the interior. Mom did not want it so back it went. Oh, to make matters worse, it had damage on the side, as if it had been dropped. It didnt look like a return since it was all sealed inside the box. The styrofoam was already broken at the time the box was opened.

Compact enough not to take over the whole kitchen counter. Stylish. Easy to clean. Easy to navigate.

This microwave was the perfect size for our smaller cabinet. Easy to use and clean.

This microwave is great! We were looking the a larger model of this same microwave to find out it wasn't going to fit our shelf. I researched microwaves for 3 weeks and kept coming back to this one. When my husband opened the door he was afraid we bought one too small, but our largest Cornell bowl fit perfect It has taken some time to get used to, for it replaced a 15 year old microwave. Hoping this one will give me 15 years

This is small, compact, and has a nice look but the interface is odd with the controls behind the door. Not the most user friendly. I purchased this for my 80 year old mother and it took a while for her to get used to the controls. However, she likes that it has a nice sound vs. a beep when the cook time is up.

Very quite and easy to use. There are no phisycal buttons so you may have to get use to the touch screen.

Very happy with this microwave. Nice size for two people and love the options and ease of cooking.

The microwave is small and compact. It’s exactly what I needed since the house I bought didn’t have a built in. It doesn’t have the traditional keypad on the front but it’s simple enough to figure out. The reminders after your item is ready is helpful. It heats up things really well (&fast) so I’ve had to adjust my cook times to accommodate. I liked it so much we bought one for the office.
