Almost every older appliance I have, is now being replaced by LG. Note: The button order on this microwave may take a few uses before fluent microwaving.

There is not better protection plan !!!!

When it comes to assisting and or their protection plans, I believe that there is no better place to attain electronic items. They always hit it on the mark. The only complaints that I may have are the lines (placing your name on the list to be helped in any department).

I like the compact size. The electronic controls were easy to learn and the options are many.

We were looking for an oven that was easy to use and did not require a lot of thinking. The lock door mechanism allowed us to set the oven up where she only had access to the 30 second button. It was perfect.

Good for small countertop spaces

Slightly lower wattage than more common high power microwaves, but cook times are increased only slightly. Controls are on panel just inside of door. No issues with that just a unique design choice.
