Looks and works great! My old microwave, which was 20 years old but still working, was taking longer than I thought was necessary to heat things up, so I decided to replace it. This new LG fit perfectly into the built in space of my old one , so no need for any remodeling. Couldn’t be happier with it !

Works great. Does what a microwave does. Looks nice does not look like cheap plastic like some. I do miss the 10 key number pad like on most other models. Can’t do like 1-9 seconds. Quick timings appear to be only 10 sec or 30 sec at a time. Didn’t know that til after purchase. I would have purchased a different model if I had noticed that sooner.

When looking for a small countertop microwave I considered the cheapest models first which is what I often go for. However, I took notice of this one by LG which has a good reputation. I like that the controls are touch sensitive surface style and aren't the more typical blister buttons which begin to wear and look poor after a year. The interior light is an LED so unlike my last unit which used a typical incandescent bulb which went out after 4 years the LED's will likely still be working. The best part is that the heating cycle ends with a very pleasant 8-bit musical chime that is happy about finishing your food. Not sure why that is so great to me but I want that feature on all my microwaves in the future: Give me the happy little 8-bit music as the budget model annoying donkey beeps aren't going to cut it for me anymore.

Buttons do what you want with just one push or slide. Everything about this microwave from size to sound to feel is right. I give it a five for saving counter space but still handling big dish meals. My only complaint is the dorky sound it creates when the food is ready. They could have pick something more enjoyable.

Replaced a hastily bought Magic Chef microwave that ended up giving our housemate a shock. Small, but big enough for what we need. Takes a little getting used to having the main controls on the inside, but works fine! The "your food is ready" tune is a little too jaunty first thing in the morning.

This is a very modern, nice looking microwave. It has a few cool features, such as slide control to select the amount of heating time. The only thing I do not like is the annoying jingle it plays when food is ready. It seems to repeat for a while until you open the door. The company should re-think this in future models.

Has great power for such a compact microwave, the only thing thats taken some getting used to is the main buttons being inside the door but other than that its great

This microwave is great. I am buying another for another location I need one. Definitely a good deal and a great product!

So far, we really like it. It cooks more evenly than the last one we had, and doesn't take up so much counter space, but is still big enough to get the job done. Not crazy about having to program it with the door open, but not a dealbreaker.

I've had this for a few weeks now and so far it is working great. I like that it doesn't have buttons so you can clean it fairly easily. It handles most of my heating needs. It doesn't work with my silicon popcorn popper, but that's not critical for me. Overall I highly recommend it.

This happened to be very discounted which is the main reason we purchased. Also in all honesty it matched the other appliance's we have. But it's working perfectly. Not as complicated to use as I had thought. I recommend this product! Ps the sounds were a little loud at first, but soon we were used to it.

Better than most for price. Buttons require opening microwave unless you are okay pressing 30 second button on outside with door shut.

Model was manufactured in June of 2021. Without warning it started making a rumbling noise and sparking from inside the cabinet, not the oven cavity itself, in July of 2023. Not only did I use it less than 2 years, but it was only 25 months old at the time it gave up the ghost. I see that another reviewer below had the exact same experience. Smart diagnostic feature told me machine was working properly, even as I worried about it tripping circuits (it never did) or starting a fire.

Love the look of this microwave, like the compact size, but still big enough for any plat. Also defrost and popcorn features work better than any other microwave I’ve had.
