So sleek and so easy to use I love it so much it is so slay

enjoying the use of this microwave. only need for minor use but the only downfall I can see is there are no numbers to actually enter a time of cook. It does sing a nice melody when timer is done though :)

Great little microwave if you don't mind a musical jingle every time your food is ready.

Our 8 year old microwave kicked the bucket recently. After some research i came across this one. Works great, this is the first time i have a way to defrost meat without waiting a few hours. I cant stand its little chimes though, using the +30 second gives off a little unnecessary chime. Then. . When the timer reaches 0 the absolute most pretentious song youve ever heard gets paraded. Considering disabling the speaker honestly

In the days when people r buying bigger and bigger microwaves (perhaps from their insecurities?) I decided to get the smallest one I cld find. I onl heat up things, I own a Breville oven for smaller cookings so don’t need a microwave to do that.

We needed a smaller footprint on our remodeled kitchen and this unit fits the space. Unit is very efficient and easy to operate.

This is a huge step up from my pervious microwave. The mute feature along with the LG app makes life easier. Easy to clean too cant beat it.

I just got rid of my second lightly used broken whirlpool microwave in 6 years. I've only had the LG for about a week but it will be a great microwave if it holds up. It doesn't have a number panel so this is why I think it's only 4 stars. And I didn't realize it plays the ice cream truck song when done cooking, but I was about to return this thing until youtube showed a way to disable it. Press and hold the "clear" and "auto reheat" buttons at the same time for a few seconds until the display says "off" and this disables all sounds. No sound at all is better than the absurd ice cream truck song.

Overall this is a very nice microwave. It comes in various sizes, we wanted a small one to tuck away. This is the only small footprint microwave that is still high-end, not just basic with a turn knob. The only issue I have, are the leveling feet and the front left hinge which is only 2mm above the left foot. The design of the feet and this hinge do not allow easy leveling of the microwave and if the hinge touches the counter then the microwave will slide since it is not rubber. I resolved this issue by adding extra adhesive rubber feet to raise the height of the microwave and provide clearance. Not it is level and stays put on my countertop. Be sure to turn off the music jingle too. Now it works great and it looks amazing too!

This is ALL I NEED ! Don't need an oven. Don't cook ! Don't bake ! It takes up so little space and it's large enough for a regular sze dinner plate .Great microwave !

This microwave is amazing! Touch screen, and it sings when it’s done! It heats up the food so fast! I absolutely love it!

I take a long time to buy items I expect to have a while. I took months comparing microwaves and I decided on this LG NeoChef. I have no regrets . It looks good , works great and I’m really happy with this purchase.

Nice low profile touchpad interface. Touchpad isn't always that responsive but the microwave itself functions very well. Looks really nice on the countertop especially if you pair it with other stainless steel appliances.

A perfect fit for the counter it sits on. Many other options were too wide or too tall. This one fit the bill and works as well as the panasonic I had previously.

This microwave is easy to use. We particularly like the "slide feature" which makes it easy to select the precise amount of time it heats without having to punch a lot of buttons. The easy-to-open door is efficient and quiet.

It’s got good features and works fine. I am not a fan of having buttons inside the door so that you need to input with the door open and start it after closing. It looks nice but it isn’t that functional.

Works great and does not take up too much room. No complaints!

LG has one of the best inverter microwaves on the market. I definitely recommend it for its even-heating and the interior is very nice and spacious, despite not taking up a lot of counter space. It's well engineered.

Love this microwave. Small enough for a dorm room. Large enough tor any need! Highly recommend this item.

Pros: Modern design, small, nice looking. Cons: Setting the cook time sometime annoying as have to increase by pressing the + sign with 10sec increment. Power level seems to be low compared to larger size.
