This thing is great! It works way better than our old microwave and takes less time to evenly warm food. It doesn’t have a numeric keypad and uses a slider thing instead, but I got used to the difference quickly.

Works great, very well made, controls are smart and easy to learn, heats things very quick

This is a pretty solid microwave. It heats well. And gets the job done. My only issue is it doesn’t beep when done. It does a jingle. And that’s a little annoying. But I can move past that.

The microwave is fairly compact. Note that there is no number pad - you pick presets before closing the door or you use the swiping function or start button to add time.

I’ve owned this product now for a few weeks but the reason I purchased is that where I was renting for the past 2 plus years I had the same product and no issues. Works as promised

I like LG products. This equipment is easy to use. Only difficult to set clock. If you do wrong hour/minute setting can't delete. You have to disconnect the oven and plug power again to enter time.

I was looking for a small but powerful microwave to fit in my island. The recessed handle is wonderful , easy to open and doesn't extend out from the island like most other microwave handles do. We love it!

We've had this microwave for a little more than one year now (bought it from BB.com) and it's been a major pain overall. I do not recommend it. We needed a small form factor which is why we went with the LG. But the touchpad on the front of the microwave is just plain defective. It does not respond well at all and sometimes you need to unplug/replug it in order to get it to take any input at all. Beyond that, the fact that it only allows for 10 sec increments is amazingly annoying. No microwave should force you to do only 10 sec increments. AVOID this product.

Bought this since our microwave of around 27 years finally gave out. We wanted something simple and this microwave gave us just that. Would recommend to someone who needs something easy to use.

Microwave is a solid built good looking microwave that does what it needs to - microwave things. However after transitioning from a simple cheap microwave, I think the extra functions like presets are not very helpful, and even a bit hindering as you have to know what option A-1 or A-3 is corresponding to before using its functions. Also the Touch Bar on the front seems a bit gimmicky, you have to open the fridge door to get access to the whole controls, which is a bit annoying if you want to set a timer for your tea or something else quickly. Haven’t used it long enough to see how well it lasts.
