It had an older microwave and we wanted a newer model. Before going to BB we tried Grands. We will never return to that store. Those people treated us so poorly, we got so disgusted and just left. We walked into BB to the section where the microwaves where. We saw the one we liked, a sales representative came by we told him what make and model we wanted, we left within a total if kess then 15 minutes.

Does not take up a whole lot of counter space has a nice little tune when it's done cooking. Nice bright light so you can see what's cooking inside clearly Love it.

Works well, funky controlls
