This is a great microwave for the money. It is powerful, easy to use, stylish and big enough for most jobs.

This was purely an asthetic choice. My wife wanted something sleek and modern and this was the one that most fit the bill by far compared to other more traditional and boring options on the shelf. Surprisingly it is incredibly convenient to use the + button instead of typing in an actual number as I've realized its actually faster and more efficient way to do things. The finish is fingerprint resistant and overall the product is just beautiful and well made. I wish it came in a larger size but otherwise definitely recommend.

This microwave is well executed. Conpact, but powerful. Easy to use and well designed. I recommend it highly.

Needed to replace our old GE microwave and thru my research i wanted to buy an LG because of the great ratings. Has not disappointed. Works great and easy to use. It is a little different in that the control board is covered behind the door with the exception of the start & clear bottons along with a + or - option for cooking time. I really like the sleek look and keeps a clean look. Only down side is it makes the door bigger/longer which means more space to open the door.

This microwave works really well and is simple to operate. I love the easy to clean interior. It's much more powerful than my old microwave so I have to remember to use shorter cook/reheat times. The preset cook and reheat settings have also worked well. Honestly, the only "negative" thing I can say is that sometimes it makes a low rumbling noise for a few seconds. It's not a problem though.

Gorgeous microwave that works beautifully. If you want a beautifully designed microwave, look no further. It's minimalist, with no tacky buttons. It cooks well (I don't notice a huge difference among microwaves though). It has a charming little chime when the food is done instead of an annoying beep. I've gone through four microwaves in the past 10 years, and this one is by far my favorite.

I love the size and look of this oven. It is the quietest microwave I have ever owned. It has plenty of power and cooks very evenly due to the inverter technology. However, I am not thrilled with the control panel. The printing is so faint you can hardly see it. I have to use a keychain penlight near by so I can see what I am doing. I wish they had a knob to select the time and power instead of the + and - buttons that you have to hit repeatedly. The slide your finger thing is a waste of time.

I have no idea how old our previous microwave oven was, but this one feels like a skip into the future! Very easy to use, powerful, smart preset options, nice appearance, well written instructions. As a plus, the one I ordered online arrived a bit dented, the box ripped on one side. When we arrived at a store in person to get it replaced, we were given immediate assistance and left with a perfect oven in less than 5 minutes. Kudos, Best Buy.

We've only had it for a week, but I have run it through many of our usual uses. It's easy to use, instructions and buttons are clear, and the power is good. I love the slider for adding time and changing power, and really like the clean look that comes from having the majority of controls only visible when the door is open (start, stop, +30 sec button and slider bar are all accessible from the outside for mid-cycle adjustments).

This microwave works perfectly. Once you figure out how to put in your time with the plus sign touch screen it is great! It’s got a surprisingly nice finished tone. It’s a good size and meet my expectations. The only down fall is that the time is in 10 second increments, so nuking something that is supposed to be 1:45 minutes vs 1:50 minutes requires you to pay a little bit of attention. Easy fix, but just wanted to inform you.

It works. Not that noisy and fits in a small space. Looks sleek. No complaints.

I love this microwave. I needed a smaller model that wouldn't take up too much counter space, and this is perfect. I love the way the controls are inside the door so small children can't mess with them. Out of sight, out of mind. The sound it makes when time is up is pleasant, and that's an added bonus.

I had a 25-year-old microwave that gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced. I found this one from LG which is almost identical in size. I really like that the majority of the controls are inside the door. I also like the black stainless steel. And I know it is minor, but when this is finished its cycle, it plays a little seven-note musical phrase which is so much easier to hear than an incessant, same-note BEEP.

This microwave works really well, is easy to use and weirdly fun, and the "finished cooking" noises are absolutely charming. I'm not entirely sure I can quantify WHY this microwave works so well for us (obviously, it cooks well, but there seems to be something more to it). The fact that the programming buttons are largely inside the front door was odd, but now I find I prefer it, for aesthetics.

Best microwave we've owned so far. It's a little larger than what we were shopping for but glad we went with this model. Love the feature of automatic 30-seconds with one touch (Start) and if needed you can add/subtract 10-secs (+/- sign) or add 30-secs (start) WHILE the microwave is actually running. You do not have to wait until it stops. Cleaning is super easy.

I bought this in February due to it's size and the area I had for it to fit. It fit perfect and looks fabulous, sleek and neat. I read about some not liking the tone when food is finished, I like it and if I forget I didn't remove the food it reminds me which I also like. There's a light inside while on to view the food. I feel this was a good purchase and I'm very happy with the look and performance!

I bought this microwave online because I liked the look of it and the features. When I got it set up, I loved it even more. It looks so sleek and I like that the function buttons are hidden from view and only the digital clock is visible. I have tried out almost all of the features and they work beautifully except for one. I prepared fresh vegetables, twice, using the sensor cook feature for fresh vegetables and, if you like your vegetables cooked with a little crunch to them, you will be fine. However, we like our vegetables cooked soft and this feature doesn't quite get the vegetables cooked soft enough for us. If you cook frozen vegetables in the bag, be sure to use the sensor cook setting for frozen vegetables. My first bag of frozen vegetables I used the cook time setting and set the time to the bag instructions and the vegetables were overcooked. Using the sensor cook frozen vegetable setting they come out perfect. I also love the defrosting setting which I use a lot for meat. My old microwave would practically cook the meat but the LG does not. If you use the right setting and weight of the meat, it comes out like you thawed it naturally. It also does baked potatoes perfectly and makes great popcorn. Overall, I am well-pleased with the microwave and love using it. Very easy to get used to programming it to do what you want to cook. And it runs fairly quiet which is a plus.

I prefer the microwaves that let you adjust the power level. This one does, and back when I bought it that feature wasn't so common. I works, if fairly quiet for a microwave, and the inside is easy to keep clean. The only think I don't like is the lack of a numerical keypad. You can't enter your cooking time or power level with numbers. Example - if you want to heat something for 5 minutes, you must press a + button multiple times until you get to 5 minutes. The more times you press the button, the larger the time increments get - to speed things up. But if the time increments don't stop on the precise time you want, then you have to keep an eye on it while cooking and stop it manually. Same thing with the power level. If you want 50 % power, you must press the minus button 5 times, instead of just entering 50 on a keypad. Personally, I find this method and the lack of a keypad annoying. It is usable, but would be better with a keypad, so only 4 stars. Other than the lack of a keypad, it is a nice unit and so far has worked well.
