My daughter has one of these LG - NeoChef microwaves. I decided to get one for myself. it is very nice looking and functions great. The size is nice, and the controls on the door are simple and easy to use. The additional function panel is accessed after opening the door, which I like. It is nice, yet simple looking.

Love this microwave. We replaced a 1.2 Cu. Ft. with this - and it was only 1" larger in each of the measures - but much bigger. And more powerful. We have had to adjust our times - reducing all of them. The popcorn sensor is not working perfectly - we need to stop it with 15 seconds to go so the popcorn does not burn. The interior control panel is very cool. We like the touch pad in front - but now we are always cleaning the finger smudges. My only REAL complaint is the door - or the door hinge. It is hard not to slam the door because it swings so easily - and sounds a little tinny - a little 'thin.' But it is a beauty and a good price at Best Buy

1200W is a lot of power. Heats up in an instant. Inside and out, this microwave looks sleek. The light is helpful. The enamel(?) inside cleans easily. Feels sturdy when you open and close the door. Only four simple "buttons" on the face: +10sec, -10sec, +30sec/start, and stop/clear. That's all I need 95% of the time. My only small complaint is that you have to hit the "touch screen" just right for it to respond. But it's only an issue when I'm rushing around!

so far so good! looks nice, perfect size and the music it will play is fun! Have not had any problems yet!

Love the door—opens and closes easily with no silly push-button or stick-out handle. Also, you can clean the door without lots of buttons getting pushed on! Wife loves the musical tones continuously reminding her that the heating is completed. (Hey, we’re old and forget sometimes!) Best microwave we’ve ever had—easy to program and like my iPhone—IT JUST WORKS!

Works great, is the perfect size and has clean lines. Just know the time is in 10 second intervals until you hit 3:00, then it increases in 30 second intervals.

It looks good sitting in my kitchen goes well with the other appliances, and we love the little tune it plays when it is finished as opposed to an annoying beep. LOL

Needed to replace our old microwave and found this here. A little bigger than our old one but I love the upgrade. Really easy to use, love the look on it, and the ending beep that tells you that’s it’s done reminds me of a video game ending. Lol we love it.

Rattles like an old jalopy flying down a gravel country road! :-) Well, it's not that really that bad. It does rattle quite a when running. Considerably more than the previous microwave. Seems lightly built. Not confident of how long it may last. Haven't owned it long enough to comment on durability. A numeric keypad would be more functional for us than any the 3 or so ways this microwave lets you set the cook time. Works well. Food heats fairly evenly. Powerful, quick heating. It's attractive (to us). We'll keep it but if we had to do it over again we'd probably get something else.

A quality microwave at an affordable cost, I love the black stainless steel it's a great addition to your kitchen or break room it has many easy to use soft touch features to make it operating a sinch, it’s very quiet considering the noise some microwaves can make. This unit is 1.5 cubic ft. It’s the perfect size for the average families. I definitely recommend this product and enjoy using it

So, I can't complain about the reviewers that had a failure but the ones who complain about difficulty understanding how to operate this are just whiners. Very easy to understand instructions. I set the clock without opening the book. There is a tag on the inside doorframe listing all the settings for AUTO modes, the 10 second increment timer is no big deal especially with the slider on the outside of the door, the controls on the inside of the door were a concern to me until I used it and there is all you need on the outside. It has a light that seems like is hard to find in some models. And it is LED. The sensor re heat works a little better than my 17 year old Panasonic that until now was the best ever. It looks great. It has a nicely concealed handle/groove easy to open door instead of a cumbersome push button. The price was right @ < $180.00. The opening is a little higher than my old 1.2 cu. ft. unit so you can see @ countertop without bending over. Per my wife I will be using the link to turn off the jingle that plays when done but if it doesn't beep with it off I will turn it back on if I can find the link to do it. (no link to turn off LG dishwasher but usually not in room) So far so good!!!!!!!!!!!!

Replaced our Samsung that died after 4 years. This LG looks great, stainless steel and hidden buttons. That means fewer possible fingerprints as there is no front keypad. The micro is fairly quiet and so far has plenty of power. Seems to cook things to a hotter temp for the same amount of time compared to our previous, similarly sized, appliance. Only had it a month so too early to know about reliability.

Bought this one after I had to replace 2 Sharp Carousel microwave in last 3 years. This one has basically the same size footprint of the Sharp, but has a larger inside where a full size plate will fit. It's sleek, very quiet and does a great job so far. Cost a few $ more than the Sharp brand I bought and returned but was the right choice.

Works nicely. Defrosting is especially good, it’s easy-to-learn, easy to clean, simple ... and it sounds a nice cheery tone when it’s finished. We’d buy it again. Only “drawback” is the controls are just inside the door rather than being outside. There are many good microwaves out there but this has been a good choice.

We have had this microwave for about three months now and it works perfectly for our needs. We mainly use it for reheating things and for cooking popcorn. The size and power are perfect. We like the look of it with its hidden controls. The reheat sensor feature works extremely well. We have no complaints and we would recommend this to friends and family.

Very powerful and sleek appliance. It cooks fast and evenly. It is also very easy to use. My only concern is not having number buttons sometimes takes longer to enter times and forget anything with five seconds, you basically must use 10s.
