This is my second one as my first one stopped working a little under a year and stopped heating. I ALWAYS purchase the best buy warranty and they swapped it out right there in the store. We LOVE this microwave. I purchased this for the size of the inside. From the outside it does not look big but I can fit a large casserole bowl in it. I have a family of 5 and use this multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a microwave. It stays clean and is sleek in appearance.

Nice size microwave. It can fit a 3qt casserole. I like the sensor cooking and it is very easy to clean inside. I like the singing sound instead of beeping when it is ready.

Have only had this for a month so you never know, things can still go wrong but I love the size and that I can put a 9x13 pyrex, which is actually longer because of handles, on the turntable and it fits!! It has been heating things up great, more power than I'm used to but adjusting.

Nice looking and easy to use. the space inside is huge, really huge. Door open very easy.

This is a great microwave. Our last model was a Kenmore Elite and it lasted almost 10 years. This LG is definitely a significant upgrade. I honestly thought the smart inverter was probably just fancy marketing and would not translate into real world results. I was more than happy to be proven wrong. This thing REALLY WORKS. We no longer get burned crusts on the edges and top of our food. I no longer have to add any sauce or water into the food to prevent it from drying out (I know it sounds weird to add water to your food, but it did work), Our food is heated very evenly, genuinely tasted better, and the known problem of your food being ice in one spot and lava in another is gone. That even applies to hot pockets! We purchased this because our old model died, but if I had realized how much better our food would be we would have upgraded to this before whether the old model still worked or not. I know it may seem silly to be excited over a microwave, but this one truly blew us away with the difference in our food. I HIGHLY recommend this model.

Purchased this large 2.0 Cu. Ft. microwave while on a trip to Washington, DC, picked it up locally in Greenville, SC a week later, which was much more convenient. Unit was on sale online for $40 less, but salesman in the store gave me the same price. He was super helpful arranging for me to pick up the unit at my local store. So far the unit works great, no complaints, so much better than my previous microwave which was over 25 years old!

This LG microwave is definitely worth it when it comes to power, price and ease of use. Not only is the outside fingerprint proof but the inside is even easier to clean and wipe with its patented surface. I've pretty much only have to press one button to cook or reheat any type of food and or liquid. Very pleased overall.

The size is Big. It looks great. It works great. Many goo features. We've just purchaed it and impressed so far!

The best microwave around for $200. It has a bigger compartment than others for the same price. And a sensor that actually monitor the cooking item. And it stays clean. And a good warranty with LG.

This was a great purchase. Very easy to operate with many options to cook and reheat with sensor control or just use the timer setting. look great on the counter. The exterior and interior are easy to keep clean with minimal effort.

dMy LG NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter to be excellent size and type for our kitchen. It is easy to use for the whole family. My grandkids have zero difficulty using it and it is excellent for defrosting food right out of the freezer. Excellent product and the Best Buy curbside delivery / loading service was prompt when we picked it up at the Hwy. 75 store in Plano.

I'm very pleased with this LG microwave oven. The size and visibility due to interior lighting are great. The touchpad controls are very responsive and the operation is very quiet. The easy to clean interior is an added plus. And the melody that is played when the cycle is complete is a wonderful improvement over the loud beep that sounded with the microwave I replaced.

Old microwave decided to stop working, so here we are. Went to Best Buy, they had microwaves a plenty. Some just microwaved, some said air fry and microwave (I don't even know what that means). I couldn't remember what size my old one was so I just wung it. Got this bad mamjama home and realized I sizes up. I mean like, I think I can put a 20lb turkey in this thing and have room for some green beans. I don't like the buttons because they aren't buttons. It's like a touchscreen, but not? Sometimes I get angry because I have to "touch it" several times. But, it microwaves as it should and doesn't air fry as it shouldn't.

I am pleased with the microwave, it cooks and warms foods well. It is easy to clean inside and out. my only concern is the door release, which is used to open the microwave door. it does not always open on the initial attempt to open it, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the other LG microwave that we had the door release broke. I just pray it won't happen to this one.

Huge for a countertop microwave. It also cooks / defrosts better than my GE profile that it replaced. The GE had a sensor to stop the defrost when it was done. This does not and will cook your meat if you don't take it out soon enough. It looks good and the buttons are responsive. Its pretty quite as well. All in all its a very good replacement that we needed for the size. Price is great too.

Very happy with my purchase & then some. It has exceeded all our expectations. It is large enough to accommodate a turkey or large roast. We especially like the chime that sounds when the cooking cycle has finished. Just sorry that we didn't make this purchase sooner. I highly recommend this microwave!
