Good size. And heat well. Easy to clean, and light weight

Attractive design, with quality function. The sensor driven cooking options work well, and they spare me the guesswork that I was used to do with my prior microwave ovens. The jingle, to alert when done cooking is better than beeping, in my opinion. I’m pleased with my purchase, and would recommend this item to others looking for a mid sized unit.

This microwave is quite large and it has good power and though it's sensor cooking isn't perfect it does well when youlearn how to use it. This unit is very easy to clean both inside and out and the alerts are very nice, much softer to the ear yet loud enough to hear, it also has a reminder after the first notification that the cycle has ended. Overall a very nice microwave.

This is a very big family sized microwave and it does a great job on all we have put in it. We like that the buttons are simple and it matches our oven. The song it plays at when the food is done takes a little getting use to but if you don't like it you can open the door and it will stop beeping right away. It cooks thoroughly and evenly.

Large and stylish microwave. Easy to use all of the great features with an instruction strip on the inside. I absolutely love the little song it beeps when my food is ready!

I purchased this microwave emergently when my commercial grade Amana decided to burn up. I had the dimensions from the Best Buy website and debated water to get this model, versus the slightly smaller one that looks just like this, when either one would fit in the space. I chose this model, which isn’t much more expensive. The inside of this unit is huge, and any size dish you have should fit in it. It’s also powerful—you won’t need much time to heat food, and there are many cooking options. The look is hi tech, and the price is reasonable. I was a little disappointed that the sides are just gray metal, not like the stainless steel trim on the front, as my Amana did, but the sides also don’t show spots or fingerprints. The front does to some extent, especially where you press the door button on the bottom of the stainless steel trim, but marks clean up pretty easily. The glass touchscreen also cleans easily. Setting the clock is not intuitive—you will need the instructions the first few times you have to set it. The display is nice and bright, however, so you should be able to see it across the room. So, if you want a very roomy, good looking, reasonably priced microwave, I’d recommend this one.

I've had this microwave for a few months now and I have to say that so far it is great! I like that I can set the cook time to a very specific time (i.e. 23 secs!) My last microwave had a dial and it only allowed me to set in increments of 5 secs. Also I really like the chime that it plays when it is finished heating! I can't believe the reviews I read before I purchased this microwave that noted the chime as a negative, it's so much better than a standard DING...and I like that it periodically plays the chime until you take out the food. Again, with my old microwave on a few occasions I forgot part of our dinner was heating in the microwave until we were sitting and half way through our meal. I almost listened to those reviews and didn't purchase this microwave because of the chime, I'm so glad I ignored them for such a small feature that, like it or not, is ultimately not a make-or-break feature. This is a large microwave so make sure you measure the space you are planning to place it in before you buy. Final notes: The defrost function has worked great for me. The reheat function has worked ok, but tends to make the food HOT, when I usually just want the food perfectly warm and ready to eat. The food does appear to be heated evenly though, which is a definitely plus.

Great intuitive microwave! easy to use, several nice settings to cook food, not too big,but roomy inside, also has a light on inside which is a nice convenience. The feet on the unit could be more gripping so it does not slide a little when you try and open it, but I put the unit on a sheet of grip material to help that! Otherwise a very good unit!

I absolutely love the microwave that I purchased from Best Buy. I am so happy to be a customer there. I started off purchasing my phone. The S23 Ultra and then Purchase a phone for my son and for my friend. And we are very happy with Them. This particular microwave is absolutely awesome. It is so big. I can cook anything in there. We love it, we are dedicated Best Buy customers and there are 2 sales people. At the best, buy store on Princess Anne road that are beyond excellent. They are Johnny and Mercedes. Who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just perfect for us. Including giving us excellent advice, our purchasing a Wi-Fi box.

This microwave is large and powerful. It does everything that it is supposed to do. I only have 2 complaints. 1. The door periodically sticks and you have to hit the door release hard to open the door. 2. The tune that it plays when the cycle is finished is annoying and can't be changed. Both things can be overlooked because everything else is great.

It works great and warms up food fast and easy to use

I don’t use my microwave to “cook” with, just basic warming. This is a great microwave, heats well and heats evenly. It is deeper than my other microwave but it is the same cubic inch size. The numbers on the control panel are a different color than the built in matching oven that I have directly below it. I’m not sure why LG did this.

The microwave works very well. It cooks food evenly and quickly. It is easy to clean. Because of the large interior, I can easly fit large containers inside.

I really like everything about the microwave except for the fact that I can’t hit the 1 and get 1 minute of time. You actually have to hit 100 enter in order to get 1 minute. Other than that, great microwave with happy jingles and sounds, lots of space and all in all a sleek nice look.

Got this for my Dad and didn't want a complicated screen with too many functions that you never really use anyway! This microwave is family sized BIG, easy to use. The only problem is that it doesn't have back-lite numbers. So, if it's located in a dark room or part of the kitchen that isn't well lite, it would be nice to have illuminated numbers on the control panel!

I have the larger LG microwave that I bought from Best Buy we use it all the time and we love it! Unfortunately, the botton that opens the microwave door broke but it still works. I’m not sure where I can get the part for the latch button.

Great design, great price, the reason I rated it 4 out of 5 is that the door latch could be a better design

Great overall microwave, as soon as i opened the box i fell in love with it its so easy to use and very quiet, me personally i love the little song that plays when it finishes
