Had this going on 2 weeks. It's a great product so far. What I love about it is that I can reheat my coffe without it boilng over by using the preset beverage reheat. I get a super hot cup and no mess. It is quiet and makes this cute sound once done. I haven't tried every function as of yet but i enjoy the beverage and dinner preset reheat. The only thing i funny like is that the top durgace gets hot when in use.

I got this as a replacement for a ten year old LG microwave. It's roomy and works well. The button to open the door is a little stiff, I'm sure that will improve with use. I ordered for curbside pickup, and the item arrived within 2 days. Best Buy curbside pickup service was fantastic.

I thought my old microwave was big inside, but this one is huge. Easy to operate, a breeze to use, easy to clean, and doesn't take anymore space than my old. Cord is short, so it has to be parked on top of an outlet.

I think this microwave actually heat hotter than our last. Very nice design, which matches our kitchen setup, and really enjoy the reminder sound. It plays a musical sound instead of an incessant beeping.

Sleek and large. I like the dark interior. Quiet and does the job. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Replacing an over the range microwave and wanted to keep close to wattage and space. This microwave is massive, easy to use, and plays a fun little tune (like all LG stuff) once its completed.

This microwave has been working great and every one likes the new sounds that it makes instead of the traditional beeping. My only minor complaint is the button to open the door my last microwave the entire button worked this one you can only push on the inside edge.

Likes, larger, 2 cuft instead of 1.4, and quieter than old oven. Flat electric plug allowed the larger size to fit on the shelf I made for our old microwave. Dislikes, LED interior light is not very bright. No beverage button like old microwave. Has no express cook.

Love this microwave. It’s the perfect size for my kitchen and works very well. I love the music it plays when it’s done heating instead of an annoying beep.

Very nice! Very quiet except when it is playing it's little song to tell you it's finished heating your food! Large inside, touch screen. Only negative I've found is that the stainless does show fingerprints pretty badly. Otherwise, it's perfect.

This microwave is simple to use and very efficient at heating, defrosting and reheating all sorts of food. It has plenty of room for large dishes, I would recommend to anyone needing a countertop microwave.

Purchased open box. The plate and inside the microwave had food on/in it . After cleaning up, the unit functions great! I suspect someone bought it used it and took it back. I would hope that the store would do a better inspection and cleaning.

Like the look of the unit. Touch pad seems a little insensitive. Appliance seems a little cheaply built. Sounds really clunky opening and closing the door. Fit all the functions we wanted just wish it gave me the feeling it was going to last to my expectations.

The product is spacious enough to microwave atleast two small plates at the same time. It is powerful enough to warm up any food with atleast 30 seconds. The led light inside gives it a little showroom appearance at night which I really like. The only cons I can say that I have experienced with is, the “buttons” will take some time in getting use to and the opening mechanism is side hinges instead of being the complete button as traditional microwaves I have ever owned.

Efficient and huge. As an online purchase there were some things I had not been able to consider or experience first hand. But the size of it is great (huge) and the bell tune at the end of heating is a cool touch also.

There's nothing I don't like about this microwave. The buttons are easy to push, the door opens and closes nicely, stays clean longer, heats quickly and of course love the awesome jingle when your food is done. Absolutely love this microwave!!
