Microwave looks good and is easy to use. Food heats efficiently and evenly. Only downfall I have seen so far is that the sensor function did not work well for popcorn that I tried to cook. However, for me that feature is not that important.

By far the best microwave oven I’ve purchased. Scalding hot water in 1:45 minutes. Had a Panasonic Inverter for years and it was awesome…until it wasn’t. Purchased another Panasonic Inverter to replace it and it lasted about 6 months. Definitely faulty doors on the Panasonic. Should’ve trusted the LG brand from the start. This is a great microwave oven. The popcorn setting is pretty good. Not one burnt bag yet and few unpopped kernels.

Works great, is quiet and looks good. This microwave is easy to use. Additionally it is easy to keep clean.

Love this microwave. I just did not realize how huge it was when I purchased it. It only takes 1 minute to heat up food. Its also very durable.

This microwave is spacious. Lots of power. I like the sounds it makes when it is finished. It was so easy to install.

Microwave is amazing! Easy to use, heats my food evenly and this microwave has abilities to stop heating your food when it feels your food is heated. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Definitely worth with every penny.

This microwave is large enough and powerful enough to handle our office needs. Most all of our staff bring in their lunch and this microwave is a major improvement from the small one it was bought to replace. Lunches heat up so much faster and evenly throughout.

We wanted a little bigger microwave than our previous one and also one that has an interior light. This microwave doesn’t have the standard ding it chimes which is really kind of neat. We got this for Christmas and so far we have no complaints

LG microwave. Cooks well & is large enough to handle bigger serving dishes. Sleek design. Wish the keypad would light up.

I bought this microwave for my grandmother on mother’s day and she seems to really enjoy it! She said it’s a little hard to get used to all the settings but once she went through the manual she figured it all out. It’s beautiful, very big and works very well.

So far I haven’t had any issues with heating up the food and it thraws the frozen food very well. It is very roomy.

Enough interior space and good performance along with good features and looks. It's really easy to use.

This was a replacement for an older and smaller microwave. Went with a larger microwave thinking it would cook or warm the food faster. At first I had to add more time because the food wouldn’t cook or warm up. My smaller microwave cook and warm food in less time even the new microwave has more power. The touch screen is nice but you have to press it a few times. The popcorn feature is worthless because it has a sensor and should automatically add the time to cook the popcorn, it doesn’t work. I just add the time manually to cook popcorn. It’s a nice microwave but I liked my older microwave I had for 9 years.

This microwave is definitely a step-up from our last one. There are no 5 repetitive beeps telling you your item is done. Just a light melody with a slight lilt. At 2 cu. Ft. there is plenty of space. It senses also when the item is cooked or thawed out. The button functions are well thought out. The designers of this microwave show the user respect in the way it is designed and the tones it makes. Thank you LG.

This microwave replace the 10 year old previous model. It seemed excessively expensive to what we bought 10 years ago even with inflation. We like this model because of the rounded interior and easy to clean feature. I never used the programs on the older version because I could never figure them out; if you could not guess the weight the food either over cooked or under cooked. Thank you for correcting this computer program. We now use sensor re-heat more than anything else. Thank you for simplifying my life.

Got this as a built-in for a new kitchen demo that replaced the over the oven microwave. Solid, but more simple with less features (controls). Does a great job and sleek in the cabinet.

I like that I can have something cooking in it and still start/stop/reset the timer. My previous microwave would start but the cooking timer was not independent of the timer feature, so I couldn't set a timer for my stove top while cooking in the microwave. My only issue and the reason for not 5 stars is the cooking is not even and a plate of bacon tends to be more cooked at the center and less cooked closer to the walls/door. This makes sense to me since it is such a large space to heat. I adjust by not putting so much bacon in at a time or keep items more centered for an even cook.
