We like this microwave because it is very large to accommodate large dishes and it heats quickly. I like the sensory features. They seem to heat the food more evenly. We like the chime indicating the food is ready. It’s a nice change from a constant beep.

It fits everything you put inside it and it’s easy to clean. Just perfect for the home.

This was the only unit that fit an existing wall mount rack and bezel with minor modifications. The price was very competitive, and it is easy to use.

Do not purchase this product. The button on the lower right to open the microwave has 3 very frail pieces of plastic that hold it onto the unit. One or more of them will bend and break with regular use. Your warranty will not cover the part and you'll be forced to pay for a repair which will most likely cost more than the microwave itself. LG support will only direct you to a local repair person for assistance. You cannot buy the plastic clips, you have to purchase a new button for $30-40, and try to get it attached. This worked for me the first time but the second time, the clip broke off into the area it attaches. The only way to remove it is to take the microwave apart. Please save yourself the trouble and purchase something else.

We really like how easy it is to clean, the pleasant sounds but especially the changes in ability to sense how much things need to be cooked to evenly thaw or cook.

This is a good microwave, as it cooks very evenly and thoroughly; I did have an issue with the popcorn sensing and one microwave popcorn, where it didn't even cook a single kernel, but most of the time it's perfect. Also, the buttons are a bit hard to press compared to most microwaves, as it seems you have to push your finger a bit harder on the buttons to get them to register.

Nice size and love the jingle once its done. Is not too loud with sleeping kids.

We replaced our 22 year old microwave and am so happy with this purchase. Easy to clean interior and large! Functions are great! Now to get the trim kit and it will be a great upgrade to our kitchen. Very affordable elegance.

Purchased one of these for our church kitchen. This product has an excellent program selection function that works well with cooking multiple items. Excellent size for larger food bowls and easy to access for cleaning.

Very nice unit for the proce. Quiet, efficient and keys and use are very easy to work. Wish had bacliggt on keyboard..unless have not found it?

This is an excellent microwave for the daily meals. Functions are easy to use, looks good and is huge inside.

So far I am very happy with the Microwave. It does everything advertised. We really like the defrost functions and how it defrosts withput cooking the edges as long as you movevit around and remove defrosted meat when it beeps for you to check it. Kids no longer burn popcorn as it shuts off with the sensors. Also incredably easyvto clean, dried cooked spaghetti sauce came off with a wipe of a sish cloth. So far it has proven to be an excellent product.

This microwave is much better than expected, but I use it quite often so it is worth it. It is easy to clean and elegant in design. I wanted a microwave with multiple buttons and no nobs. The LG quality is great.

Looks nice, lots of power and heats evenly. My only complaints would be that the keypad is hard to see and the jingle of place when the food is done cooking is really annoying, but if you can get past that it is a nice sleek unit looks good in any kitchen.
