AM SHIPPING THIS TO ANTIGUA I OPEN IT YESTERDAY AND IT HAVE A BIG DENT IN THE SIDE even the box was bad

Beautiful microwave ordered mine online took longer thank expected. When we opened the box we noticed the outlet was crooked and the top corner of the microwave was scratched up. Paid a lot and waited longer than expected for this to happened to us....

Great microwave for a short time. I bought this for my condo, it still looks brand new. We are not at the condo much and we eat out most of the time. I bought it 2 years ago and the heating element has gone out. This part is covered by warranty, but not the labor. It’s very heavy and I don’t have a car here. I’m sure it would cost more in labor than buying a new one.

This was supposed to be an open box item in EXCELLENT condition. What came had a big scratch on top and a huge dent in the back right corner. This is definitely NOT in excellent condition. The phone number to call is off shore, of course, and I’ve been in hold for a supervisor for almost 30 minutes, still on hold. They basically said you get what you get and it’s just too bad if you didn’t get what was advertised.

The push knob door opener piece is broken in only one year of light usage !! After 5-6 months of usage it only warms some parts of foods and not all at the same time ! Very disappointed from LG !

Piece of junk. It only lasted 18 months. Very lightly used. Warranty is only 1 year. Don’t waste your money

I am fascinated with this microwave! It has a lot of space inside, easily to clean, and the best thing about it is how quiet it is when it’s heating up and when the timer is over. When it’s done the nice little song at the end of quiet and adorable! I recommend this microwave! This has been the best purchase I’ve done!

The performance of the microwave is excellent. This one was much larger than our old microwave so it does take up much more counter space. The notifications when food is done are actually pleasant and make us smile, as it plays little chimes instead of being annoying beeps. I have yet to have food cold in the middle when cooking using the auto features. It looks great and does everything as advertised. Plus you can fit an entire large pizza inside to heat up. What is there not to love about it?

A beautiful microwave. Looks good. And the best part of all—no fingerprints! It is big and powerful enough for anything we cook or reheat in it. The microwave itself runs quiet. Settings are easy to figure out and use. It is high wattage and heats fast and evenly. If it steams up, the steam dissipates rapidly. Overall, this is a very good microwave. Easy to clean both inside and outside. It also has a Smart Diagnosis option, which I am not familiar with, nor know how to use it. I think it involves your phone. Looking forward to many years of use out of this microwave. I highly recommend this microwave.

My 20 +years old microwave from Panasonic died. I researched many Brands before deciding on purchasing this LG model. As I found out many brands that were once reliable are throwaways today. The LG NeoChef 2.0 cubic feet microwave is much larger than I needed. But I will have plenty of room inside for large items if I ever need. The microwave is very sturdy and well built. I like that the touchpad controls are made of glass, instead of plastic like the competitors. The 1200 watt microwave heats food very evenly and very fast. My old Panasonic was 1100 Watts and the LG blows it away. It not only heats way more evenly, but also quicker. The LG is very quiet when operating. And the controls are very simple and somewhat basic. The sensor reheat and sensor cook functions work very well and are very accurate. I really liked the design of the turntable and it's support ring underneath the turntable. It makes the turntable very very stable. The interior is truly very easy to clean as advertised. It's almost like a porcelain type coating on the inside. And I also like the energy-efficient LED interior lighting. I don't know why some people were complaining about the end of cycle chimes when your food is done. I don't find it annoying at all. I think it's it's new and different. And makes the microwave more high-tech and expensive sounding with the Chimes. The only thing I will miss, is it does not have a way to adjust the clock for daylight savings time. Which my old model had. I'm looking forward to getting many years of use out of this LG As It seems very well-made and durable.

The LG microwave performs flawlessly. I really like the sleek design and the beautiful look of black stainless steel. My wife is so happy with the ease at keeping this microwave clean and fingerprint free. This was a really great purchase for our family.

I had this microwave for 3.5 years. Works great, large capacity and wattage. Love the glass touch buttons. Easy to clean. Heats things quickly. Don't let the hype about defrost inverter fool you - to me it is the same old defrost on every microwave - if you don't watch it, edges start to cook. Only thing I miss from my old Kenmore is the soften button - sure the book says power level 10 and/ or 20 is for softening butter - but they give you no times. Now for the issue of why I have a brand new one of these......the one reason I was hesitant to buy it in the first place? It has a pop-open door button instead of a handle. I have always had a pull handle on my microwaves for a reason and this purchase confirmed why - After 3 years and 8 months, the open button broke, allowing only the upper left corner, pushed just at the correct pressure and angle to open the door. Thankfully, I always purchase the extended warranty. When I initially called, they made an appointment at Geek Squad and when I took it in, they told me they would not fix it they would just replace it. Just make sure they have one in stock first - they rang up my replacement and then said it wouldn't be in for two weeks, so I asked to take mine home and they said I couldn't, that they had already rung the return. Of course, when I purchased, I was looking for the largest capacity, highest wattage that was similar to my Kenmore. This had all that, but no handle. Now I saw that a majority of new microwaves have handles and they are getting away from push-button open. Oh well. So overall a good purchase - minus door open button and limited one touch buttons.

Works great. Has plenty of power and room for large items. Love that it has a removable full size glass turntable. This way if something happens to boil over the spill is contained. This makes cleanup so much easier. Like the “musical” tones when food is finished. Easy purchase. Price was comparable to competitors. Worth the money.

We love our microwave. It's got plenty of room, easy to clean, cooks/heats quickly. My husband says the buttons are hard to push but I haven't had that problem. Also, just a regular beer would be fine, I feel like the ice cream truck is coming when the microwave goes off.

This thing sings to me.. its crazy! The little tune it plays is cute... But seriously this thing nukes fast and even. Kinda giant.. but yeah, its 2 cubic feet. Cleans up super easy.. even with sloppy teens who don't cover soup. Darker gray inside is nice too.. and seems very durable. Only thing I dont love is the door button/release. It is a little hard to push all the way in to pop the door.

It’s fairly big, bigger than any other microwaves I’ve had, recommend measuring your counter space with this one. Very spacious inside, not sure if 1000 or 1200 watt but heats up and cooks fairly quick. Plenty of easy to use settings and bells and whistles (which I don’t use anyway) price was good, looks nice, does not smudge with finger prints as easy as most stainless steel. One funny thing is it makes weird video game noises instead of beeping when done.

We have lots of counter space and have plenty of room for this larger unit. We use a Microwave fairly often to reheat leftovers, to defrost and/or cook part of a meal, popcorn, pizza... you name it. We keep our Microwave clean and ready to go because we use it so much. Our last Microwave we had for 3 years and stopped working (Emerson) it was a little smaller in size and wattage but we loved it... unfortunately they don't make that particular one anymore. Once we got this one home and cleaned for initial use we were amazed at how easy it is to use and the music tones instead of the traditional beep is something odd at first but we have come to really love it. It is easy to distinguish between the Microwave, Dishwasher, and Oven timers and alarms now and it is a change of pace... also not bad for a conversation piece as guests always want to know what that sound was and are surprised when they hear it is our Microwave oven! The buttons are a little different with it being fully touch panel so you have to touch them in the right spot or it won't start or put the wrong number in. That was difficult at first but as we got used to it, we almost never have that trouble anymore. I would buy this exact Unit again and recommend to a friend or family member.
