But, it cooks microwave popcorn almost perfectly!! 13 months after we brought it home, it started making “growling” noises when we hit start. We removed the glass plate and the turntable ring, and the knob that moves the turntable ring looks slightly melted. We haven’t “cooked” anything longer than 10 minutes, so I’m not sure why it has melted. But, it worries me,

Door opener broken 2nd time

Now I m out of warranty and same issue happened. I contacted the Support to see how I can fix this issue. After wasting 3 days the customer support tells me I m out of warranty which I of course knew. I wish they could just tell us a easier way how to replace it,

I didn't realize the return window was only 15 days... Redoing our kitchen and was not able to get the microwave installed until after the return window so we are now stuck with this.
