Junk broke after 2 years

The piece is integrated into the bezel, so there it's not like there is even a part to replace. I've never had to buy a new microwave after just two years.

I have used microwaves all my life and never had an issue like this, cheap plastic. The LG customer service was not helpful, as well as the best buy customer service. The part itself is cheap. but the servicing charge is more than $100, which is half of the price itself. Never going to buy LG stuff.

Radio wave caution

Nothing against how it works but I turned it on and left the kitchen, i started smelling a burning smell came into my kitchen to find my toaster oven/air fryer on.. I could push any buttons to turn it off, I had to unplug it,, it was very hot.. I plug it in and it starts snap, crackle and popping and wouldn't shut off.. In the manual " I will post it " it mentions radio waves.. so with the microwave off I plugged the toast oven back in.. then turned on the microwave and you guess it... very dangerous..

When I called LG said that they would only replace the magnetron, but that would not stop it from sparking on the inside because it burnt holes in the microwave and then those would still spark and catch fire. How can a microwave only last a little over a year?
