When I saw this I knew I had to have this. It is so handy having this little washer. I use it more then I realize I would.

I was excited to get this product but it didn’t fit on our plastic bin. Our laundry room is on the second floor so our washer needed to be on a bin in case of water drainage, so double check sizing before buying if your laundry room in on the second floor. We had to return ours and it was a pain dealing with the return because we needed Beat Buy to send over people to disassemble this part from the main washer. We couldn’t do it ourselves and at first they didn’t want to send someone to disassemble and take it. They wanted us to do it, which we can’t.

Again, wife loves this addition to our washer and dryer set. Great for those little jobs, when you don't have enough for a full load and you don't want to waste all that water. Only drawback might be that our luandry room was not electrically set up for 2 washers, but that was an easy fix.

Nice storage box to keep the detergent and some clothing washing things. I wish there is a way to make this a small dryer

Nice addition to the washer. Has limited functions but is easy to use and helps when there are multiple loads to be washed. I also like having the washer higher it makes it easy with loading and unloading of clothes.

well this sidekick washer is excellent. It helps a lot for adding small loads that cut your time in half when doing the laundry. This is a great addition specially when in a hurry to finish up doing laundry. IT HELP!!!

Great for small washes especially for quick washes of my kids sports uniforms. Definitely would recommend!

I would love to have actually used this item to be able to review it, but unfortunately it arrived to my house damaged in December and has yet to be replaced. From the first time I opened this washer (I was so excited to pair it with my new AI washer and dryer) I couldn’t shut it. It’s dented from the inside and jams when it’s open, requiring heavy force to close. We reached out to Best Buy and they said we could return it for a replacement but it would be months before we could get the replacement but we could use our current one while we waited. In the meantime, I have a useless pedestal that I paid hundreds of dollars for that I can’t even open. I was very excited about this machine. My problem is not a common one but beware that if this machine gives you any issues it may be months before it’s resolved!

Stopped working after 3 weeks . Impossible to sched a service . I’m 4 months into it not working. This was after 5 failed delivery or misdeliveries by Best Buy in the first place

I really like having a SideKick washer, even though it may look small, it does a good job washing your delicates and sweaters well. It also makes your big washer more accessible since it will sit on this pedestal like washer. The only issue is the high ticket price! You can literally buy a whole new full size washer if you pay MSRP, so I would advise looking for an open item when you shop for this kind of SideKick.
