Has limited functions but is easy to use and helps when there are multiple loads to be washed. I also like having the washer higher it makes it easy with loading and unloading of clothes.

Our laundry room is on the second floor so our washer needed to be on a bin in case of water drainage, so double check sizing before buying if your laundry room in on the second floor. We had to return ours and it was a pain dealing with the return because we needed Beat Buy to send over people to disassemble this part from the main washer. We couldn’t do it ourselves and at first they didn’t want to send someone to disassemble and take it. They wanted us to do it, which we can’t.

It helps a lot for adding small loads that cut your time in half when doing the laundry. This is a great addition specially when in a hurry to finish up doing laundry. IT HELP!!!

Two crews after brought equipment that was damaged before taking off the truck. When I decided to keep the scratched one, and got stiffed on a $75 compensation offer from Best Buy, two more crews showed up and did not know how to install it. Finally, today, on attempt number seven, the crew told me that it could not be installed with my plumbing. All of this could have been so much easier if the first three crews had been knowledgeable enough to know this, or if the delivery partner hadn't damaged two of them. Any major appliance delivery from Best Buy will be a major nightmare if you want it installed because they don't have their own people, they use "delivery partners". Crews that show up, see a heavy major appliance, and make up an excuse why they can't do the work. Buy your major appliance somewhere else.
