At first thought, why would I ever need one of these? Now I can't live without it. It's perfect for small loads such as swim suits and workout gear or table cloths following family dinner.

When I bought this, I was more tempted by how cool the idea was then anything. I did not expect it would get that much use. However, it is constantly being run and has become a staple in the laundry routine. I would highly recommend this over a drawer pedestal.

Makes quick work of small loads of delicate washables. I love the fact that I am able to use small quantities of both detergent and water.

Bought this washer instead of another pedestal. They were the same price at the time. I love it for small loads. I don't have time to stay near the washer when it is time to put in the fabric softener. That's the only characteristic I don't like. It cleans very well. You must not stuff it. Nice to wash two loads at one time.

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase the Sidekick. And I'm SO GLAD that I did! It really is perfect for small loads, or specialty items. With just the two of us in the house, we frequently have a small load of exercise clothes, specialty skiwear, etc. It does a great job on those and is still gentle on the items.

I love the sidekick...it washes quick and efficiently. The one thing we did not think about was the need for an additional outlet as most laundry areas only feature 2 — with this type of pedestal you need 3 (washer, dryer, pedestal)

I love using the sidekick more than I do the regular washer. It’s really nice. I would like to know why you can’t use PODS in the sidekick. Does anyone know?

My Sidekick has already come to the rescue several times. I have had it for 3 weeks now and it has washed single items that were needed quickly and several ones that just could not wait for the next large loads due to stains that would set in. So far it has been a real clothes saver! Love this little guy!

This little washer is perfect for those small loads of one color or delicate items. Doesn't get as used as often as the big one, as expected, but is an awesome option to have when you have a bunch of laundry to pump through. And the fact it doesn't take up any additional space (compared to a pedestal. Big fan!

I think my little LG Sidekick is great except for 1 thing... you can't add fabric softener to it, at least not that I've found. I DO find it ideal for being able to wash 1 large load in my LG washer and a smaller load in my cute little Sidekick! Double your productivity!! It's really great!

Bought this when they had a special and was very happy I did. Raises the washer so it's easier to put in my clothes and also helps save time by allowing two loads to wash at the same time. However, this washer is only for small loads, its setting allow for hand washed loads as well as some other types

I kind of thought that a pedestal washer was sort of a gimmick that we would never use...turns out I was wrong! We actually use it all the time! It works completely independently of the main washer. Very nice getting two loads done at the same time. Great for socks and underwear,ha-ha!

purchased this since it was only $200 more than getting the pedestal which we wanted anyway. I think it is worth having the extra option to do two loads for the $$

This is perfect for those small loads of clothes that got left out for some reason, or for the uniform that didn't get washed, but is needed for a game or practice that night! Also perfect for delicates. Being able to do 2 loads at once has really helped gain back some much needed time during the day!

One does not have to wait in order to do a full load! Small loads can be handled or if you need to isolate an items from the rest of the wash. Very practice and time saving, not to mention the obvious energy savings

I love this. I throw my kids’ gym clothes in here on days I’m not doing larger loads of laundry.

This little washing machine is awesome!! I followed someone else's review and chose a less sophisticated washer and bought the sidekick, so now I have the hand washing feature as well as an extra washer for small loads. Really happy with the purchase. It's very quiet and does a great job!
