I bought the washer in Nov 23 and the pedestal delivered with it was the wrong size. The pedestal was supposed to be delivered in January, then February, now March. I’m disappointed with Best Buy’s supply chain to say the least. I hope they eventually come thru.

Me and my wife owned a LG for about 15!years so we went with another LG. Very upset customer waited a year to have all my packages finally delivery the pedestals that we ordered as well. No communication with designer are managers. Making payment for a year and no composition. Will be a while for doing business with Best Buy.
