    Happy with the oven overall but disappointed that it doesn't come with a flat griddle for the middle grate area. I feel that every range should have a flat griddle so it makes the stove just average as far as I'm concerned. I'll never understand how people can do a renovation and spend money on a new stove and not have a flat griddle. It's like having a fridge without ice & water on the door, it makes the appliances just average without these absolutely necessary features. So no, I do not envy people who do not have these features, I'm not an envious person anyway, but it really does make the appliances just average without them

    LG range has been non functioning for the 6 months since purchased brand. The unit is not fixable and the warranty is worthless. They will try to waste you time until you give up or the warranty runs out. They have 3 different departments that all say they are going to replace it then the just change the story and lose the records and try to send out another repair tech. When that repair company tells them it is not fixable they try to send out another repair company. They have replaced the cooling fan on this unit 5 times and it still does not function https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wd3fEi-AZGo
