This powerful little gem is a complete surprise. It is something I’ve wanted but didn’t figure I needed now I can’t believe I’ve never had one

So happy with this purchase. All of my delicacies and small loads are able to be washed in this as my regular laundry is being washed above. My laundry time has been significantly reduced. I can also just run a small load to quickly wash something and not have to use the large washer. I love it.

So far this has been ok, mind you it is small, we use it mostly for a couple of delicate wash shirts, or a winter sweater and the un-mentionables. it spins out light clothes fine and sweaters still are soggy. If you are getting the $400 pedestal this is worth the extra $200 on sale but i would be on the edge recommending it at $900. One of the buttons is now intermittently working, i havent called on that but we were supposed to get a new unit in Jan, took the day off, no call no show buy Best Buy. after a while on the phone they said that the unit has an undetermined arrival. The original unit came damaged, dented in the front and Best Buy offered $150 gift card, which wasnt worth it on a $900 machine. Best Buy has been good about it with setting me up for a replacement and said they would remove and replace it and when the price dropped they matched the sale price.

Great washer for small loads, and under clothes. Chimes when it’s time to add the softner.

This is a perfect complimentary product to the big Washer. When there are only few items to wash or if you have house cleaners who have to wash the rags they used to clean, this is a great unit, It also very useful for women's delicate items that can be washed separately by itself so it is not in the big unit that it goes with.

Even though this is expensive it’s worth the cost. I can wash small items in this at the same time I’m using the main washer. Plus it’s great to wash a few items without using them large washer.

Great add-on. Love making small loads throughout the weekday so my weekend chores doesnt seem so hefty.

Good for a few things if you have a need. Better use to make existing washer higher. Haven’t found it very useful.

Absolutely, love being able to do small loads while tackling the rest of my laundry. It is so gentle on sweaters and hand washable items!

The installers need to return for a third time. Missinging the second set of hoses. Installers carry no extra parts. The installers expressed not liking to come to our rural area. So after 2 tries maybe our next appointment to install will be victorious.

This product was listed as an open-box item in excellent condition. I bought it and upon examining it at the store for pickup I found that it was in less-than-good condition physically. The machine was dented and heavily scratched around the exterior, it did not come in a box nor any kind of packaging.
