When I saw this the first time, I was thinking what a friend is always telling me about solutions to non-existent problems. Those thoughts faded quickly when I am now able to watch all sorts of content from most all streaming services, plus AppleTV. It seems there's nothing I can't watch on it, and with the built-in browser I can check security cameras, watch auctions on eBay, etc. I was able to use screen mirror from my Apple iPhone 14 Pro, but "Cast" didn't work for my Pixel 5, nor the Samsung S23 Ultra. I didn't investigate beyond the "can't find a device to cast to" or whatever the error was. It would be really great to allow the StanbyME to mirror my phone and control it via the touchscreen. Put that on the wish list too. Setup is easy. They were very smart with the box and packaging, in that the styrofoam in the box helps you install the pole on the base. It made it so easy to align the pole and put the four screws into the bottom of the base. There is a strong warning to only plug the charging cord into the base horizontally, as it can damage the base and/or cord if installed that way. There is an escutcheon around the power plug to assist in reminding you of this. The other end of the power cord is a little wider than a normal plug, so some irregular power plug situations may be a small challenge. I didn't get a pic of that, I suppose I should have. The rest of the installation was simple as well. All the on-screen prompts are clear as to what information is required, and adding a few apps to the home screen, rearranging the home screen, and getting started was all very easy as well. One thing I would put on my wish list for this is a voice remote with speech recognition. Spoken words, numbers, and passwords are so much quicker than the on-screen keyboard (although it works quite well). I took pics of setting it up, assembled, and the remote. It's a very nice looking piece of equipment, and performs just as well. Just goofing around with it for a few days, I only charged it twice including the initial charge. I'm sure I got close to 5 hours of use initially, but much closer to 3 when watching movies from AppleTV. Even so, it was easy enough to plug it in when the battery got low. -

I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. The LG StanbyME is sleek, easy to move around, and perfect for streaming, video calls, or even following recipes in the kitchen. The touch screen is responsive, and the built-in apps make it feel like a giant tablet with a premium display. Setup was simple, and the adjustable stand is a game-changer. It’s not cheap, but the flexibility and quality make it worth it. Great for both entertainment and productivity.

OMG!!!!! It looks so cool in my living room. Out the box the WebOs moves a bit slow but it sparks massive conversations and once again it looks sooooo cool. Im a gamer so I can watch live streams on youtube while playing games. It comes with a clip for the camera so taking those family pictures are no longer an issue if you have an Iphone and Apple watch to launch the camera. Lastly if you have a business and need to display a menu, or a house, cars this is for you. The base is super sturdy and little kids will not be able to knock it over. Im looking forward to wheeling (yes it has wheels) it to my backyard so I can sit around the fire pit and watch my favorite shows. Today I will test out the 3 hour battery life claims. On a good note it charges very quickly.

What a great product. Sound and picture quality are amazing plus its portable and can run on battery power that is built in. My kid loves this for her room. No need to install it on a wall or on a piece of furniture. A decorators DREAM. You can simply push it into a closet and poof, no TV. The tv should never be the focal point of a room.

Life changing addition to my life. I tell all my friends, there's life before and life after stanbyme and I won't be able to go back. It's like having a giant ipad/tv monitor that rolls with you wherever you go from room to room. It also serves as my alarm clock as it turns on to a LG channel (I set it on retro PBS for nostalgia or nature sounds) who needs a Hatch? I know price is even better than now than when I purchased it but this was one electronics where I don't regret buying ever and would buy again.

Works great in the kitchen and also for Zoom calls. We don't have to share a single phone screen and also if we want to share something its easy to cast and everyone can see at the same time. Rolling wheels and ok battery life. Good enough for a zoom meeting or catching up with someone.

Amazing if we cookout and stuff it’s easy to cart around you charge it and then battery last .!!! I really recommend I got it for Father’s Day for my husband for football seasons and he even uses it at night when the kids are o n the tv and his watching. His shows

Love this tv! Screen size is small but super easy to move around. I really like the height and we can pull around our couches/table when a great game is on. Note not all streaming apps work with the tv but you can use mirror feature. Really like the touch screen and need to use it more!

We love this because its portable! We will be using this on our back deck this spring! Very easy to set-up. We also got the sound bar!

This thing is awesome! It's portable gas a clear picture, connected to Wi-Fi with no problem...highly recommended!

I absolutely love this mobile tv. The size, mobility to move anywhere in house, can operate it from phone and all the other cool functionality it offers.

My husband loves everything about the StanbyME. The picture quality, ease of use, the touch screen, portability.

I bought this because I moved to an apartment with a large terrace so I thought this would be good for temporary outdoor use. Turns out it's really useful in lots of situations in addition to outdoor use. I use it in the kitchen for background music or video. It's also really handy to have a large portable screen for YouTube playback for repair instructions around the apartment. I really wish this was a full Android tablet instead though. The apps in the LG store are somewhat limited and many of the apps that do exist don't actually work with the touchscreen. LG created a virtual remote control which works fine but a large Android tablet wouldn't have that problem and would have many more media apps as well. Also, picture quality is fine but 4k would've been nice to have. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and I'm glad LG is willing to take a risk on unexpected form factors like this.

So at first I was unsure that I would need or even use this product. Approximately two weeks in and it has been my favorite TV that I have purchased so far! The portability is fantastic and the fact that I can continue my shows anywhere in my home has made it an essential piece of my day-to-day entertainment. I highly recommend this purchase to anyone who lives a very busy lifestyle and juggles several things at one time. ( folding laundry while watching tv etc ) As the future moves into a more mobile space to consume content this feels like a huge leap ahead with a reasonable 3 hour battery life. So if your on the fence, hop off and run to your closest Best Buy and place an order. You won’t regret it.

Ultimately, I enjoy the innovation behind this rolling and rotating tablet. I got it as an alternative to mounting or placing one stationary television in my bedroom; it's convenient although not very good on carpet but I manage, maintaining charge isn't too bad, my Roku works wonderfully, the touchscreen is helpful, and had pretty decent sound. Still, there's room for improvements like I wish the screen were a little larger (32 or 36 inches) and the picture sharpness could be better. I purchased while on sale and still think it was a bit overpriced but it serves its intended purpose for my need and I am overall satisfied with it.

So fun to have this little TV that can move around anywhere and not need to be plugged in. Great picture too!

Tv has a great picture and sound too. It's easy to moved from room to room.
