I normally don’t post reviews but our experience was such an improvement since the last time we ordered appliances from Best Buy that I felt I needed to share. From start to finish the experience was great. Annette from the Warwick Best Buy was great in helping us find appliances that would work for us and ensuring they got to us as quickly as they could. Our delivery experience for both the dishwasher and refrigerator was also much improved as the appliances arrived undamaged and the technicians were able to answer any questions we had upon delivery. The refrigerator is also a great upgrade compared to our old one. The width that our cabinets allow us narrowed down our selection but in the end we are very happy. There is a good amount of space in the fridge and freezer. The water and ice on the door is very minimalist which is greatly appreciated. The 3 bins being waist and stomach height is very nice so you don’t have to constantly bend down for fruits and vegetables. We really only have three cons with the fridge and they are small. One, it doesn’t have the classic dairy/butter compartment that many others have. Two, sometimes a nearly full sized ice cube comes out with the crushed ice. Three, the shelves on the door are not adjustable. They have plenty of space but if you’re someone who wants to have things at a specific height this might bother you. Other than these 3 small things it’s a really great refrigerator and if you are stuck with a 33inch space for a fridge it’s a great selection.

The refrigerator works perfectly,it is very spacious and a good choice for people who have toddlers at home,because you can put lock on the dispenser,also a very good buy for people who always have social gathering,because the ice makers are wonderful...i couldn't have made a better choice than this.its a must have for every home.

Love the French door- so much open space inside. I didn’t think I need ice & water on outside & ice inside but really appreciate both. Bottom freezer soo handy! Thanks, Best Buy & LG

Delivery was on time. Delivery people were great. Freezer compartment set at -7 to get it to go down to 0 . Issue with gift card reward after 1/2 dozen calls and a lot of time on phone just gave up trying

The button mechanism for the ice/water dispenser is really hard to use. For some reason, the right hand door always has a hard time closing. Otherwise it works fine.

Fridge was delivered with a significant dent. Multiple calls to customer service, zero resolution.

Bought this model recently to replace another LG refrigerator that lasted 13 years without any issues. This model is about 1 cu-ft smaller but it offers the same features as the previous one with the addition of the second ice maker inside the freezer area. We expect to obtain the same service and quality from the previous model and other LG appliances that we own.

We really like our LG French Door Refrigerator. Love the style and the features. Love that it has 2 ice makers, one in the door, and one in the freezer. The geek squad installers were great. They removed our broken unit and installed this new unit and were very professional while they disassembled and reassembled both units to get through our doorway. All was well. But, and it's a big but... The in door icemaker makes ice like crazy, but our refrigerator will not give us this ice. The ice auger motor will not run. We are waiting for the geek squad to arrange the repair. I think they should just bring us a new left door.

After our existing fridge decided to quit cooling properly we were on the hunt for a French door fridge with ice and water dispensers in the door. Our issue was that due to cabinet placement we needed one less than the standard 36” width. Options at this width are somewhat limited but thankfully after careful research we found this model and it met our needs perfectly. At 33” wide it’s surprising how much extra space we have now. Has everything we need in a fridge, works as designed and looks good.

Purchased same model but prefer this new one. Surface seems to remain streak free and handles, especially the bottom drawer make it more streamlined and easier to open. Only thing not keen on is there is no split shelf within the fridge for tall items.

My new LG refrigerator is great. The shelves inside the doors give extra space for items in addition to the shelves. The water dispenser gives ice as well as water. Although the deluvery guys were very polite and helpful, I did notice 2 small scratches after they'd already gone.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I live in a 55+ condo, so I am limited to refrigerator install space. Previously, I had a Whirlpool, side by side, and never had enough space for frozen items, to be laid out the way I needed. This refrigerator has plenty of space and two icemakers, one in the bottom drawer that makes cubes and downloads to a tray in which the cubes do not stick together. At the moment, I am waiting for a replacement of the same item, as the icemaker on the door does not work. It will be switched out later this month. I love the stainless steel, and the ease of the access to the inside refrigerator. I highly recommend this refrigerator, and LG has a reputation for making the best in refrigerators on the market today!

We like the configuration of frig with double doors on top and freezer drawer on the bottom. We like the new feature (since our last LG frig) that ice gets made right into the bin in the freezer. We also are very glad they improved the water and ice dispenser on the door. We're relieved that the outside dimensions are the same and fit our custom space. Our only miss from our previous freig is the lack of a butter space on the door. We hooe that their compressor lasts longer than our last one (9 years).

I bought this LG French Door Refrigerator after doing so many research for the perfect one for my kitchen space. This is been by second one, the earlier one which I replaced with this new one was a bigger in size around 28 Cu. ft that doesn't fit in my kitchen space for fridge. Best buy is amazing on working around the return and replace service, i love it.

Very happy so far with this purchase, plenty of room inside, like the wide door shelves and the inside drawer for snacks/deli items. Freezer has a nice capacity and I like the extra ice drawer

This refrigerator is beautiful! We love the bottom freezer and the ice overflow. It’s spacious and bright. Highly reccomend.

This is definitely a great, sturdy refrigerator. It's incredibly easy to use and overall performs really well.

So happy with my new LG refrigerator. I love the automatic ice bucket in the freezer, and love the extra large door shelves. I would definitely recommend this appliance to family and friends.
