I literally have only owned this for a few weeks now, but so far so good after getting past a few faux pas with Best Buy's outsourced folks bringing it into the house and scratching some things (they're still working out fixing that). Otherwise, performance-wise, I've been monitoring with some new sensors and she's maintaining accurate cooling. Consumer Reports recommended bumping the temp to 38-39 for the fridge and 2 for the freezer since the cooling system tends to overperform and I found that accurate per my tests... with those settings yielding 36-37 in the fridge and near perfect 0 in the freezer. Ice comes pretty quickly on the normal mode and I have to say I liked LG's ThinQ smart app for my washer/dryer already, so adding another appliance was a piece of cake. I've already added to LG's digital "wish list" for additional features but so far I think once you're in "digital voyeur" mode for anything in your house, it's tough to break away. After all, isn't it nice knowing from anywhere on the planet that your food is fine way back home? :). Here's to more features coming soon... no gimmicky stuff like different ding-dong tones but good stuff. And here's hoping that post-the big lawsuit regarding these fancy "linear compressors" that everything is now durable. I have the extended warranty JIC, but fingers crossed. Otherwise, I like the capacity. Doors you could put a small dog in. Standard French door shelving otherwise. Went back and forth on split shelving but found the interface in the middle flimsy when split, so like the large solid glass, albeit a little less convenient for tall things... but again, the doors CONSUME tall things very easily... so wasn't/isn't a bother. Oh, and yes, I took a MILLION measurements and this was an upgrade from a 21.6 cu ft side-by-side to this just under 27 cu ft Frenchie. The door swing is the critical piece... for me, just on the right... due to my "notch". I almost went with the zero clearance option, but for a nearly $750 increase in cost, you get ice/water in the door (which I did NOT want -- since it's the first thing to go wrong), and capacity is waaay down in depth and waaay down on the doors. I just trusted my quadruple checked measurements and while it was a tight squeeze to get into the kitchen itself, it's like having nearly 2 fridges worth of capacity now...

Fit and style is great, very quiet and the right size, love it so far

I bought it to ship home ro the Caribbean, it arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly, exactly what I wanted.

It was really hard to find a 33" wide full size model to fit my space. Most available are "counter depth" with no features. This full-sized model is perfect! PROS: has bodacious capacity, safety shelves, soft close, see-through deli tray, deep door bins and an ice-maker located in the freezer where it belongs. CONS:no exterior dispensers and only color is stainless steel

So far so good. It’s only been one month but it’s working beautifully. My family loves it and so do I. I like that the stainless steels is free of prints. That’s a big plus and my favorite part we are very happy with our purchase

The refrigerator I brought works great but the installers put a 6 in scratch on the lower drawer, top Left. I sent pictures of the scratch. Have not heard of you. The installers stated there truck broke down they were late. Had to move refrigerator to another truck. They seen the scratch. Ripped safely plastic, after removing plastic saw the scratch. I would like a new drawer. Very expensive refrigerator. I do a lot of business with you. Please take care of the drawer. Thank you!!!!!

Nice fridge only think is I had to take out a shelf so there was room to stand up a 2 litter. The shelf spacing would not allow that.

Workmanship was poor. 17 days after purchase I found broken parts in the fridge. After talking to corporate and local BEST BUY, I was informed it wasn’t their problem anymore. I spoke with LG and they weren’t much more helpful. Based on my description alone, they’re sending me parts, and it’s up to me fix it. I suppose if I break something, that’s on me too. Greatly regret the purchase. Poorly made product with minimal help after owning product for 2 weeks.

We got this fridge to replace a 26 Cu. Ft. that came with the house. We haven't even noticed a loss in storage space as this fridge is designed for max storage in minimal space. Despite being standard depth, it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space in the kitchen. The lights are "smart" and brightness is dependent on the ambient light so you aren't blinding yourself when grabbing a late night snack or drink. The buttons and settings are simple and evident, which is nice for turning the ice maker on/off and setting temperatures. This also has a function to make ice faster so filling a smaller cooler doesn't necessarily mean buying a 5lb bag of ice. The Fridge Part: It does have an integrated ice maker and bin in the freezer, but no water dispenser. This set up works for us as we prefer using a Pur water dispenser that fits perfectly on the top shelf. There is ample space in the doors for condiments and drinks. The door shelves move easily to fit different sized bottles and are all the same size, so you can put a gallon-sized container at any level. The glass shelves are a bit difficult to get moved the first time as it requires some angling to get them back in (otherwise they bump the doors), but once you've figured it out it's easy. The Freezer Part: There is plenty of space in the freezer, even with the ice maker and bin. We have more freezer storage in this unit than we did in the older, larger fridge. The top drawer is great for smaller items, but still fairly deep and will hold a half gallon of ice cream with a couple inches left on top. The bottom drawer is deceptively deep and easy to organize for maximum storage potential. Overall this is a great fridge if you aren't looking for something with all the bells and whistles and I would recommend it for purchase. It looks great, doesn't feel huge and does what you need it to do - keep food and drinks cold.

This fridge looks and operates great! plenty of room for eaverything you would need. Makes a descent amount of ice. Keeps food cold and frozen like it should. I highly recommend this fridge. I did purchase the extended warranty because as good as this fridge operates, they dont make appliances like they used to. Worth it for a little piece of mind.

Was happy to finally find a quality refrigerator that fits into our small space that isn't a mini fridge or something from the 70's. The amount of space that is in here is terrific. The 3 drawers are perfect with the meat/cheese drawer being the perfect size. It is quiet when running and all zones seem to be kept at a consistent temperature (no cold/freeze zones in the refrigerator compartment). Bonus - the doors stay really clean and smudge free.

The refrigerator has a nice interior. Plenty of space for lots of food and beverages. I love how much storage we get on the doors, with the deep shelves. The storage drawers hold quite a bit and keep things very organized. Very easy to keep clean in the event of a spill.The freezer receptacle ice maker has no trouble keeping up with our ice usage, even with the hot summer weather.
