    Amazing refrigerator but came damaged. I called and still fighting with Best Buy to get it exchanged. Best Buy is the problem not the LG product

    This is just an initial review and obviously time tells the true story of how things go however You have to remove a whole tray to fit bigger items like 2 l bottles gallons of milk etc as opposed to some of the older models that have the slide out slot for those items and which you don't have to remove the whole tray

    This fridge is legit. Waited a whole month for this bad boy and it was worth it. The additional ice tray is pretty cool too.

    We had this delivered and the ONLY reason we got it was because it’s supposedly fingerprint resistant & we have 5 kids. It’s been a day or two and it needs to be wiped every time it’s touched. It was scuffed and is COVERED in prints. The chat wasn’t helpful and apparently there’s nothing they can do for the prints.

    Sales staff was AWESOME. Delivery is terrible! Was scheduled for 01/04!! Rescheduled for 01/11 and rescheduled again for sometime after 01/15. I called home services on 01/07 and ultimately asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told he was busy and would have to call me back. 01/10 and still no call back!

    Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any appliance delivery. I went back and forth with Best Buy and the logistic company to have this delivered but they always canceled and rescheduled me. This made me miss 3 days of work and lots of phone calls without any success. Had to cancel the order after an arduous process of getting a proper delivery. Terrible communication. I will never purchase an appliance I can't just pick up from the Best Buy store ever again!!!
