I purchased this fridge open box at a Best Buy outlet. It was in great condition and was delivered as such. Now, this thing is a very generous size…the install team had to take off the fridges doors and even my house door to fit it through! It provides a few options on how you want to arrange the main cabinet’s shelves, so you can somewhat customize it to your needs. It boasts 2 ice makers, one in the fridge compartment’s door (the dispenser) that offers cubed and crushed and one in the freezer that give you cubed ice on a tray which comes in handy for parties or icing that large tea pitcher! And I haven’t even brought up my favorite feature: the Convertible Drawer! I rotate between the cold drinks and meats setting depending on my needs but it also features wine, deli items, and frozen settings.

Love my new refrigerator! It is so roomy and especially love the 3rd drawer. Lovebthe size of the ice!

I love my new refrigerator. I initially planned to purchase a smaller French door refrigerator but when I saw this one in store I loved how much space it offered while maintaining a sleek design. I use the middle compartment for my deli meets, cheese, and snacks for my nieces and nephews. The freezer is deep with a lot of storage capacity and the dual ice maker is super nice to have.

So far we are loving this refrigerator. Having the extra ice bin will be useful when having guests over. Not crazy about the new design for the water/ice selector but will get use to it I’m sure. Just hard to use one handed. Love how easy it will be to change the water filter though. The convert drawer is convenient to grab things you use often. Overall it’s very sleek and beautiful design. Warning though, the 28.6 (29) cubic feet is huge! If you don’t need that much space I would go with countertop size. The footprint in our kitchen is very large. Our old was 28 so I thought it would be around the same size.

This refrigerator is hands down the best! I previously owned a LG refrigerator but this one is super awesome the produce area is so large and deep, the middle section allows you to store a 24 pack of bottled water, soft drinks or even tasty bottles of wine. I absolutely love the crush ice. The freezer has massive space I use one side for chicken/poultry the other side is for seafood. I want to Thank Tabby for listening to our needs and locating the refrigerator that best works for us. Also, a huge Thank you for keeping us up to date on availability and delivery. Tabby is just not a salesperson she is very intelligent when it comes to the products. She is definitely an asset to Best Buy. Now I'm renovating my kitchen and Tabby has helped us with the best selection for an upgraded stove and microwave. Oh previously she helped us select new washer and dryer. We are so grateful for Tabby's assistance in helping us navigate through these purchases. Tabby you are a star!

My family loves our new refrigerator. It provideis much more need space. The bottom freezer is also convenient and large with a second ice maker. The fully convertible drawer is amazing. I no longer have to get snack ls for the young ones in our family because the convertible drawer is located at their height. I love this purchase!

The refrigerator is very nice. Overall it has some great features but there are a few minor draw backs. The capacity is adequate for our needs and the only issue I see is the shelves. There are not enough adjustments spaces and it is a little limited as to what can be stored on each shelf even when moving them up or down. It is nice that they are half width shelves so one side can be in a different configuration to make the space needed for your goods. The in door ice maker is a bit small and the ice it makes are very tiny compared to some others. It doesn't hold a lot of ice in the door (not an issue for us) and I'm not sure how good the ice maker in the freezer is as we are choosing not to use it. It is good that they have independent on off switches. It has an onboard water filter which may help some people. We have a full water filter system for the house so we chose to leave the filter out. It has a good bypass built in so you just take the filter out and it seals and lets the water run to the door dispenser and ice makers without trouble. The converting drawer is nice and is very convenient for snacks, cheese, cold cuts and other similar items. It has several temperatures you can set it at using preset choices and you can also make it part of the freezer at the push of a button.

Love this fridge. The outside water filter is big to handle larger cups. The middle drawer option to use as either a second fridge or freezer is great. Dual ice makers allow for cup drinks and also for making pitchers of beverages. Only downside is that the middle drawer does not have ann anutoclose so sometimes the kids will not close it alol the way. Overall, great refrigerator.

It's beautiful and we love it. It has a middle draw that you can keep drinks, wine or use it as a additional freezer compartment. It can be temperture controlled on the panel. It has an ice plus feature that can be turned on if you are having guests and need additional ice, it fills a container in the freezer with ice cubes. Plenty of space for all of our refrigeration needs.

Huge Fridge! It's great. Plenty of room for everything. Nice and bright inside. Love the middle multipurpose drawer. Extra ice maker in the freezer is so nice to have. Delivery and set up were great! Have had it now for a month with no issues.

I had this refrigerator for almost a year. Delivery was seamless and the crew made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Haven’t had any issues so far with it. Very spacious. I just wished it was easier and cheaper to replace the filters.

We are enjoying our new refrigerator. Decided to supress one side of the shelf in order to facilitate the handling of tall bottles and this is more in accordance to our lifestyle. The refrigerator is very roomy and both drawers are easy to reach!

I’ve had this fridge for six months now, and I love it. Extremely roomy in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Every once in a while, the ice will get stuck together in the icemaker holder, but you can open the door and just give it a tap and it fixes it. Outside of that I love this fridge.

I bought this refrigerator back in April 2024 and I couldn’t be happier to make this choice. Works best then those other one more experience I had in the past. My sales person in Best Buy recommend since he had one and always by LG’s. U am so happy. The ice maker is small but works so good and fast. I will buy it again…and always at Best Buy since they have the best guarantee that exist - GEEK!!! I buy all my appliances and electronic there for years.

Very spacious. Love the full convert drawer which can be more freezer area. The temperature is not consistent throughout the fridge area. Nice to be able to turn off ice in freezer to utilize all of freezer space. Control button for ice dispenser in door is confusing.

New Refrigerator purchase. We reviwed seveal amd chose this one because of the ratings and customer scoring. Super large capacity and high tech look.

Love the fridge. Plenty of room to store items even through the holidays & held it all. Great ice maker & love that there’s 1 in the door & bottom freezer. Drawers (large) terrific for our cheeses & lunch meat.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this refrigerator!! It's gorgeous. It replaced our older LG refrigerator. The pictures don't do it justice. See it in person. It's sleek and shiny, plus NO fingerprints !! It's huge and our food is staying fresher longer. Yea! The delivery was excellent. The guys were nice and efficient. Best Buy kept us updated every step of the way about the delivery. Thank you, Best Buy!! We highly recommend this refrigerator and store!

Excellent use of space and very nice design. Love the dual ice maker. The freezer is a very good size and the second drawer inside is nice. We use the convert drawer for drinks and company loves it.
