So far I am loving this fridge. The doors open smoothly and have just enough resistance to stay in place when you open them. I like the dual ice maker option and both seem to work well and its nice to have a backup option is case one of them does break. The bottom drawer rolls nicely and I like the spring activated handle on the freezer drawer, I feel like it allows for smoother opening. The button that switches between water and ice on the door may be slightly inconvenient but it doesn't bother me, so I would say it's a non-issue. The compressor is very quiet and that is a top selling point for us, hopefully it holds up over time because I am impressed with this fridge overall.

The space in the refrigerator is amazing. Durable design, everything feels solid. Beautiful interior, shelves aren’t as customizable as most fridges but I’ve been able to make it work. Love that it syncs up with the LG app, lets me know the life left in the filters, energy usage and sends me notifications if the door doesn’t get shut all the way.

Nice looking fridge. It's hard not to be biased compared to the old fridge that had failed, though. Doors are a bit thick, and I'm not as keen about the ice and water dispenser as on my prior fridge. The control to switch between ice, crushed ice, and water has you over-cycling to get the one you want. I'd prefer a direct selection.

I purchased this product over a month ago and didn't see a tiny crack on the interior white surface. When I noticed it a few days ago, I reported it to LG and their reply/suggestion was to send someone to my home to put a white tape on it. I am really disappointed to see such a poor customer service. If LG is not standing behind the given warranty, why are we paying more than 2k to purchase this product which meant to be used for at least a few years.

Initially hesitant to buy anything not GE, our LG refrigerator has been an absolute game-changer for the kitchen! The interior is incredibly well-thought-out, with impressive storage capacity without needing a bigger space than our previous fridge. The dual ice makers weren’t a need UNTIL we needed it for entertaining. It runs remarkably quietly, and the consistent cooling keeps our food fresher for longer. An outstanding appliance that combines innovation, style, and practicality perfectly!

Just replaced our 7 year old dual icemaker Samsung with this model. We really like having the extra ice on hand, but the whole craft ice thing didn't really impress us, so that left us with this model as the only option. I was very disappointed that there is no current temperature readout like our Samsung had. Also not crazy about how the dispenser button works to switch from ice to water, it takes a couple of attempts every time we try it. My old Samsung had a pop-up half shelf that you could move out of the way for tall items or pull down when not needed, another feature I really liked. Also, the massive cold drawer below the vegetable crisper desperately needs an adjustable separator, I would like to divide into raw meats area and cold cuts, cheese type stuff on the other side. The app seems pretty useless, would have been nice if it monitored temperature and sent alerts if temperature moved out of a certain range. That would be useful. Upside - very spacious fridge, lots of room for everything. I just wish they had a fancier dual icemaker option that came with the missing features that would make this a 5 star product.

Our first LG appliance and very satisfied with all its features, design, capacity, ice-maker, etc. Would recommend it to anyone who has never ad this brand and is in search of a reasonably priced refridge.

The LG refrigerator with dual ice maker is working great. I love the room in the fridge and the freezer is roomy.

Great interior design space and features. Very spacious interior. Would prefer different ice/water feature on the door. Like the dual ice maker in door and freezer. I, also, like that I can place magnets on the unit. The water filter is easy to use and accessible.

Generally the fridge is high quality and satisfactory. I like having two ice makers since the LG door ice makers are small and don't keep up when you need lots of ice. That said, we replaced a Kenmore Elite (made by LG) that I liked much better. The biggest drawback for this fridge is a severe lack of shelf adjustability. There are only a couple changes that you can make to the shelf positioning and if you make a shelf large enough for pitchers and such, you end up with a very small, almost unusable shelf. The Kenmore had much more shelving options. It would also be good if there were another shelf in the freezer drawer. A lighted ice and water dispenser is also a lacking feature. The lighting inside is just OK. The Kenmore had much better lighting inside and out.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It looks great, keeps items ant the right temperature, the ice dispensers work well and it is very quiet. I also am very please with all of the space in the refrigerator and freezer.

Decided on this LG unit because i think it has a different compressor than the linear compressor that had numerous complaints. The refrigerator is large and well laid out. What i like best about this unit is it has 2 icemakers, critical in FL. One in the door for convenience and one in the lower drawer that majes plenty of ice that has a slower melt than the ice in the door.

This refrigerator is perfect my kitchen. It has more storage room, but takes up a similar amount of space as my last refrigerator. The shelves on the door provide a great amount of space. The freezer is easy to access and I am happy with this refrigerator despite having trouble with a drawer freezer in the past.

I just had this refrigerator installed yesterday, but so far I LOVE it. It has so much room in both the refrigerator and freezer. I put the control lock feature on so that the setting buttons inside the refrigerator could not be changed accidentally. Unfortunately, it also locks the water/ice on the door. I guess I'll have to leave it unlocked. No big deal. Beautiful refrigerator. The installers were great - very efficient and knowledgeable.

Installation was simple ,leveling and alignment of the doors. We bought the deep version, lots of space. It has a fan that runs continuously, not loud just different. The upper ice make is my biggest complaint You have cycle thru the 3 modes to get what you want and its hard to see the select button.

Works great, very quiet. Very good price. Plenty of room.

I’ve had a version of this fridge in the past and it’s pretty nice. The shelves are easily adjustable, it had fuel ice makers which is great. Plenty of space for cups on the water dispenser. Recommended!

Excellent performance with optimized space for all types of food containers. Love the dual ice maker feature as well.

Had this about 10 days, so these are initial impressions, all positive. First, I am very impressed by how quiet this thing is - I have a hard time telling if it's running or not. The only noise I can hear is the occasional clatter of the ice maker. The second pleasure is just how much space there is in this thing - the two french doors give loads of space for bottle, jars, etc. Just wish the freezer had an extra divider or two. And a minor thing - you can place magnets on the doors!
