I purchased this refrigerator. I purchased install and hallway my old fridge. Best buy outsourced the installation ti a third party. The first guy came to my house after the delivery and told me that i needed a longer 10-12 inches water line and that the 6 inch that i got with the fridge was too short and that once i buy the right size he would be back to install. He also inspected the water source under my sink and said that the water was connected to my dishwasher and that he would need a splitter so he could run the water line. I followed his instructions and went to home depot, purchased the waterline (10 inches) and called for the next appointment. Two different men came to install my waterline and frustrated me by asking to go to my basement and started to complian instead of running the waterline. They they told me that they would run the line and leave all the wire exposed because they did not want yo do the work. They left. I then went specifically back to the local bestbuy (Crossgates mall) where i bought the fridge and explained the problem. After hours dpeaking to some lady from a different bestbuy who said that i was misinformed by bestbuy i found a manager that then printed my entire receipt with descriptions of what i bought plus all the services and rescheduled the appointment for 8/7/25. That was yesterday. I received confirmation of the appointment wibdow time from 11:00-2:00 pm on 8/7/25. I was home the entire day and there was no show. At this point i will have to ask them to come pick up the fridge or they can just give me a rebate so i could hire someone to install the waterline. It is not a cheap refrigerator and I am disappointed and frustrated at Bestbuy poor customer service. Never again!

@nd refrigerator is working fine. !st one dellivered with dent in freezer door and see thrugh door glass was shattered. I was told that someone would contact me in a couple of days to arrange for new replacement. I eventually had to contact customer support to initiate replacement. Then when I asked for compensation, I was told that if I had asked for compensation before I followed up on the replacemen, I could have been helped. Best Buy customer service did not meet my expectations

I love the amount of space this refrigerator offers, I like the dual ice makers'. This refrigerator works much better than our previous LG refrigerator, it is very well designed

We thought our last refrigerator was great, but this one is exponentially better. It is so roomy, we have yet to fill it up like we did with our last one. The dual ice-makers are a great feature as well. Also, I love being able to get what I need from the outside door without having to open the entire fridge and search for it. Purchased this fridge for an excellent price at Best Buy. The delivery and installation was flawless. The team was very careful of the property as well as explaining all the features of the fridge before leaving. this refrigerator is super quiet and keeps the food at the perfect temperatures. This fridge is designed so well. There's room for everything. The ice maker is my favorite feature. it dispenses smaller cubes which I love. There's also a 2nd ice maker for larger cubes below.
