Was in the need of a new refrigerator, the wife and I seen this one and decided to get it. Its nice and spacious, definitely a good size for our family.

Dual Ice Makers, Large size, sleek look. So far great!

We really like this refrigerator. It's a lot better than our old one. It has plenty of space. We like the freezer being on the bottom and the extra ice tray that's there. You need to make sure to flush the water dispense enough or the water has a strange taste.

Bought it January 2025, plenty of space. So far everything works properly. It was a fast delivery. We love our fridge and would recommend it. The one thing I would say is if you have large pitchers you have to place them in the door storage.

Overall, a solid fridge. Can be noisy at times. Main shelves do not offer great height and are not as adjustable as one would like. Both Upper fridge doors have to be open in order to open right side interior drawer due to closing mechanism on left door, which can be annoying at times. Plenty of space otherwise.

Large capacity and had the ice and water on outside, plus ice in Freezer. Freezer ia very large and lots of capacity inside. Only negative is limited adjustment of shelves.

Its a nice refridgerator. The only thing i dont like is that u have to open both fridge doors to open the drawers on the bottom. I wish u could open one door to open the drawer on that side

Phenomenal ice makers, always seem to keep up. Lots of storage capacity. People make comments about it not having handles, this has not been an issue and I actually prefer it as it makes the exterior really easy to clean.

I love my fridge! Perfect for my kitchen. More than enough food storage space for a family. The freezer is a bit smaller than I thought but its works for my small family. The only thing that I don't like is how loud the ice is when being dropped in the inner ice bin. It will scare you. Especially when it's quiet.

Fantastic Fridge from LG, lot of space and meet our expectations. Best Buy installation process was efficient and friendly.

Wonderful Design and easy to use, love the fact that I can connect my phone through the app as well!! Ice ball doesn't work unfortunately and we really don't want to go through another month of trying to get a fridge that does all the features.

Love the large capacity of this refrigerator. The look is also amazing!

Our old one went out too many times, the last time was about 3am when I went down to get something to drink. We were up all night looking for a new one and Best Buy had a GREAT deal on this. The fridge is beautiful, blends and matches with everything else in the kitchen. Bigger inside than the old one! The only thing is the doors close a little hard. I always have to make sure I physically shut it instead of just pushing the door to close. I still give it 5 stars for a last-minute sleepy, emergency purchase.

My delivery team was excellent. Called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. Called me again once in front of the house . Gently and very carefully transported the fridge inside the house . Took their time to install it and made sure everything was fine before they left . Answer all our question with a smile . Awesome service. 2 months with it We love our new fridge . Thank you best buy .

Love this product it has much better design then the previous one. ice maker works better and the additional try is very nice

Not as quiet as you would like. The ice maker is loud when it finishes a cycle and empties the ice, this is somewhat expected. The real issue is when the water valve opens to fill the icemaker with water. Its audible from 70 feet away. There is a ton of space in the fridge and freezer drawer, the extra ice bin is nice. I think where they made up space they sacrificed insulation for sound dampening the water and ice. One unexpected issue of note is the door alarm. It cannot be disabled using the control panel. If you are filling the fridge with groceries and both doors are open. The refrigerator will chime relentlessly until you close the doors. There is no way around this. I checked LG, read the manual, even asked the Best Buy tech if he could disable it. Youtube said to cut the wires somewhere in the machine, bit heck if im doing that to a brand new fridge.

Love my fridge especially when I knock to see what's inside keeps me from having to open the door

It is an awesome refrigerator, the main reason why I purchased it is because it has 2 ice makers. The easy access door window feature is a plus, I’m very satisfied!

This fridge is exactly what we were looking for. It has larger cubic ft. compares to other fridges. We really like the right panel have a touch panel for the door in door feature. The lighting is great and find that this fridge keeps us organized with all our food items and meal peeps. Great buy!
