Great Refrigerator! Tons of space, & sleek looking! Craft ice maker is a great feature as well! Highly Recommended

We are on our second unit. First one was delivered and looked great. However, after having the unit for a few days, we were getting stomach issues. Fridge was set to 36 and freezer to 0. My wife thought the food felt warm. We bought two thermometers and placed inside fridge. They both read 46! Dangerous for food and it was all spoiling while the fridge told us all was good. Their diagnostic software showed all was good too. Called Best Buy and they were trying to force us to have a repair done since it was after 20 days. I said no way was I accepting a DOA fridge. They replaced it. New one showed up and was setup. Setup team did a much better job this time. We thought we were good. The control panel on this one was functioning which made us realize the previous one was bad. Two weeks into the new fridge and the thermometer shows it is holding at 42 even if we set the fridge to 33 and it thinks it is 33. Ice melts in the ice maker and won't dispense. We've had it. We will be exchanging this for a Samsung. We are disappointed. It is a beautiful fridge, but extremely dangerous if it cannot detect a 9 degree variance in temperature and keeps you food in the spoilage zone. Never rely on your fridge to tell you the temp. Always manually verify it. Pictures show the 45 degree milk temp coming out of the "33 degree" fridge and the remote temperature monitor showing 42 degrees. Absolutely dangerous for your family. If you own this unit, verify the temps!

Best refrigerator ever! Love the large capacity and triple drawer feature in the freezer!

This fridge has lots of pros that I think make up for a few cons. It is a great fridge and honestly very easy to recommend. It doesn’t have some of the fancy bells and whistles although it crushes the basics and has actually useful extras. Pros: Ice maker is great and the app gives you recommendations on when to dump ice or if there are issues Water is perfect and has basically no taste (although we have a water filter separate from the fridge so mileage may vary) Lots of room in both the fridge and freezer. If you don’t really need the craft ice or mini ice, you can turn off one or both and remove the trays to give you extra room in the freezer. Lots of shelves on the doors to put smaller bottles and butter and such Cons: With all the shelves in, there is not lots of space for taller items such as milk. Only one half of the shelf retracts to allow for these taller items. Sure you could take out the top shelf to allow more vertical space for the items, but then you lose a whole shelf. I only seeing this being an issue if you have lots of creamer, milk, and/or juice. The fridge does not like being open for more than lets say 30 seconds (I haven’t actually timed it). I believe you can actually turn off this setting but by default the fridge will start playing a tone telling you it’s open which is only mildly annoying when you’re reaching for something all the way in the back and have to move things out of the way. Mildly annoying, but still a bit annoying.

This refrigerator grabbed my attention first with its looks. Clean, simple, modern without gimmick glass features. The door mounted ice and water dispenser gives great access to larger cups and pitchers while being simple to use. The motion detector lights your way as you approach. The interior is roomy and the sliding feature on the shelf allows you to more easily store tall items. While the shelves themselves are less adjustable in height compared to some, they are already at good heights and the reality is that you’ll likely set the height once and never change it again. I left them at the default height and like it. A feature I like more than I anticipated is the extra ice. The door is quick and easy. But when I need more ice or different kinds of ice, it’s right there for you! Extremely useful now! Overall, the balance of interior space vs outer dimensions, features, looks, and overall tech weighted against its price is hard to beat.

This refrigerator holds a lot of groceries! It makes 4 kinds of ice and that may be excessive, but I love it! It’s a quiet, good looking appliance. It doesn’t have traditional handles but it’s easy to adapt. It’s a clean look without handles. The WiFi connectivity allows you to monitor functions and it will notify you if there is a problem. Wish I could get it to bring me a beer! Overall it’s a great refrigerator.

It was a bit bigger than expected. Has more space than we thought, and it is easy to adjust shelves. The two shelve cooler has been amazing, as well as the specialty ice. It is preformed well and is quiet.

Our fridge was starting to have ice issues so we were looking into replacements. We are very happy with this product! This fridge is very big and spacious. The adaptability of the shelves is very nice for when we have different size food drinks in there. We especially love that the water filter is in the door rather than having to reach into the back of the fridge around food. Also, the craft ice is amazing! We have always used molds for ice spheres for our adult beverages and this was an awesome feature to have! Only negative for us was that there are no door handles but once you get used to it, it is very easy to open close. Highly recommended!

Love this new fridge. The multiple ice sizes are great also. My only complaint is I miss door handles. Oh, the light that comes up when you walk up to the fridge is a cool option also. The capacity is really good also. We love it.

Love the LG! Some changes on the inside right door Im not fond of, ie no "butter" area, door shelves are very wide and the small bottle divider has been eliminated. Also the height distance between the shelves will not accommodate tall bottles on 2 shelves, only 1 shelf. Lastly the freezer used to have a little shelf located on the inside of the freezer door, where I was able to store yeast packets, small ice packs for coolers, cheese rinds, and many small, tiny things that get lost floating around inside the larger areas. The shelves on the inside of the left door are also narrow compared to my last LG, 31 cu ft In-door ice maker design seems much better, and I like the choice of ice. Lastly I'm not crazy about the ice/water dispenser on the left side of the door. You must choose what you want, as opposed to having either ice or water, without deliberately selecting one or the other. Distance between the plate you need to press for water and water spout is very wide, which is a problem for smaller glasses! It's great for a pitcher or wide mouth water bottles, etc.

We absolutely love our upgraded LG fridge. This was a massive upgrade to previous LG model that we sold with our in our previous home. Plenty of storage space for a multitude of items, various ice formats for just about any need or occasion. Well worth the price in storage, features, and functionality! If you have the space/need, don’t hesitate to grab one before they’re gone.

I love this refrigerator! So much room, and 4 different kinds of ice. Lots of special features, quiet, light under the refrigerator doors comes on when you walk by. Installation was great with 2 professional installers.

I really enjoy my new frig and the 4 choices of ice. I have had no issues the only thing I'd note is how loud the water sounds when it refills the ice. The first time I went to make sure it wasn't just shooting out in the floor.

So far we love the huge space in the fridge and freezer! Took a little to get used to not having handles on the doors but worth it. Enjoying the three different sizes of ice. The freezer's third shelf and full glide opening are great. Only complaint would be the arrangement of the shelves in the fridge compartment. Took a little creativity to figure out what shelf placements worked best as we don't like to put milk on the door.

This fridge is excellent, the freezer is excellent. I have no complaints at all. I love the 3 different ice options, and that there's ice accessible at the door so I don't have to open the freezer & reach in. Well designed and plenty of space for everything we store in the fridge. So much better than our Samsung Bespoke that we got rid of for this!

Like the fridge. Very spacious. Love the 4 ice style option. This fridge gave us what we needed.... More more room..... Don't like the fact that our first fridge was delivered with 4 dents requested a replacement and next fridge was delivered with 1 dent, not properly installed and I had to debate for over an hour on a compromise that I wasn't happy with but was tired of arguing. So I settled. Unhappy about that

This LG refrigerator is state of the art, very large capacity, really cool ice maker, and looks great. It completes our LG kitchen appliances in black stainless steel all from Best Buy. Worked great from the first plug in. Great price, great product.

Great refrigerator. Looks fantastic. At first I wasn’t sure about ‘no handles’ but now love it. Easier to clean and sleek profile. The delivery team was super professional, polite, extremely vigilant and courteous. Only flaw was wish the shelving had more options of spacing up and down.

Good things are large size and two ice makers. Bad things are that the doors are thick and require extra space to open and the doors have no handles. There are grab areas on the top and bottom of the doors which are awkward to use.
