The only thing that I didn’t realize when we bought it is that the water that is dispensed through the door is not cold. It doesn’t have a tank in the refrigerator part of the unit to chill the water.

We experienced issues each time and had a nightmare with Best Buy customer service. This unit has a dent on the door and the doors are uneven. Best Buy did send gift cards, but we gave up. The delivery crews were great. I have spent $1000's for years and was appalled with this experience. Trying to weight whether to give up our Total Tech and shop elsewhere. Hoping the unit will perform well.

The left door that was against a wall would only open 45 degrees.
