    Refrigerator didn’t maintain cold temperatures. Because we had to return this unit we were without a refrigerator for a total of a month. Handle-less design looked great but was awkward and cumbersome to use.

    Purchased an out of box unit that was new and a great find. Unit appears to have never been opened completely by precious biyer so it was a great deal for us. Staff was professionals and made transaction simple. So far no issues.

    Great refrigerator BUT the salesman neglected to tell us that we needed an extra 2" of clearance to accommodate the door swing. The left door that was against a wall would only open 45 degrees.

    This was the 4th delivery since our purchase of a LG fridge on July 4th. We experienced issues each time and had a nightmare with Best Buy customer service. This unit has a dent on the door and the doors are uneven. Best Buy did send gift cards, but we gave up. The delivery crews were great. I have spent $1000's for years and was appalled with this experience. Trying to weight whether to give up our Total Tech and shop elsewhere. Hoping the unit will perform well.
