    This review is for my experience with BestBuy. The refrigerator did not get delivered. BestBuy sent me many reminders to be ready. When the day came, I got a message that it would be at my house between noon and 4. At 4:30 I called and they informed me that the delivery guy had called in sick. The next delivery day was a week out. I canceled the order and will never buy from them in the future.

    The doors are not aligned and I have to make sure I’m closing the left door first so that it doesn’t stay open.

HWe understand your concern about having misaligned doors—especially when they don’t close properly unless done in a specific order. We really aim to create reliable, high-quality products that meet our customers' needs and expectations.

      To help with this, it might be a good idea to check if the unit is leveled properly. Sometimes, uneven leveling can cause those door alignment issues. You can easily adjust the leveling legs with a wrench—just turn them clockwise to raise the unit or counterclockwise to lower it. Ideally, the front of the fridge should be slightly higher than the back so that the doors close more naturally.

      If you’re still having trouble with the doors not lining up, this model has adjustable door hinges that could help fix that alignment.     I bought this may 18th. Best buy has given me 5 reschedule dates and its on going. I wont ever buy another item where they have to deliver it ever again. 5 freaking delivery dates no call no show do not buy anything that needs delivered

    We’ve had this refrigerator for just under a month, and it has already improved everyday life for our family of five. The layout feels thoughtful and easy to use, with bright lighting and eye-level shelves that keep everything visible, so nothing gets lost and turns into a science experiment in the back. Having cold filtered water and ice ready at all times has simplified our routine more than I expected. Not dealing with ice trays or constant refills saves time every day, and everyone in the house uses it regularly. The extra depth has been a huge help for storing large pans and meal prep dishes without rearranging shelves. That extra space will matter even more during holidays and larger gatherings, and I’m really glad we chose this model.

    We've had the fridge for over a month now. It's working fantastically. Very cold, cooled up QUICK, cranks ice out in the French drawer in the pounds, and dispenses clean tasting water. There is LOTS of room to work with and the drawers are smooth and seem durable. We use the app to manage it which is kinda neat. Very happy with the purchase so far. Best Buy's installers knocked it out of the park. They got creative because space was limited and took the doors off managing to fit this fridge in perfectly.

    It's Like the Grand Canyon!

    This baby is HUGE! I couldn't believe how large the inside was compared to my old LG refrigerator. It holds almost a third more food than my old unit. The Thinq® app is a great bonus if you are a techie. It allows you to change the alarm, set new temperatures, and other features. I also love the huge shelves that are in both doors. There is one design flaw with this model. The power cord comes out of the back of the door area and goes across the top of the unit! Very strange, If it weren't for that I would give this unit a perfect score

    Beautiful refrigerator. Lots and lots of room in the refrigerator and freezer. Stainless steel finish is excellent and easy to maintain. Delivery crew did an excellent, efficient and professional installation. Also, the installation crew were very friendly and made sure we were satified before leaving. Did an excllent and professional installation of the water line. We are very sstisfied with the LG 31.7 cubibit foot refrieratir and freeze and the thorough installation.

    Good for cooks: lots of room

    We purchased this unit to replace one with the ice and water in the door (which only worked half the time). We have enjoyed having the ice in the freezer and the filtered water inside the refrigerator compartment. This unit is large and will hold a significant amount of food. We like the wide shelves on the doors which are sufficient to hold all of our condiments, a gallon of milk, a gallon drink pitcher, orange juice and some other dairy products. The produce drawers are also large: we purchase a fair amount of produce and these drawers will hold all of it. The only improvement I can see is to make one of the refrigerator shelves taller.

    Do Not Buy

    Bought this new 3 years ago for $1600 and loved everything about it until it died... DEAD. Still under the 5-year warranty though so we thought we would be all set. But LG has been giving us the runaround so we decided starting doing some digging. Turns out this company has a huge history of not honoring its warranties and basically ignoring and scamming their customers. There is literally no way to get in touch with anyone other than their Philippines-based call center. And even those customer service reps cannot directly contact anyone. They simply send an email to their "back of office team" or their "special locations team" or their "register technicians team" depending on whom you talk to. But they can't actually connect with anyone. They just keep telling you to be patient and in 3-5 business days you'll receive a phone call or email from one of those departments. But that never happens. And after you call on the 5th day, you're back to Friday so they tell you to wait until Monday. I'm not proud of it, but I finally yelled my way to a customer service "manager" (although I suspect all of the customer service reps have the same rank and they just pass you along) who informed me that according to the documentation that he was looking at, the 5 other reps that I had spoken with over the previous 2 weeks had not actually tried to contact any of those other departments like they claimed. Then he literally said to me "Please don't tell anyone where you got this information, but take the refund if you ever get that offered to you, and you shouldn't do business with LG again." I'm not kidding. But apparently their "return authorization team" (whom the customer service reps can't directly contact or provide contact info for) either doesn't actually exist or does the same level of runaround and never issues refunds. There have been class-action law suits against LG because of this. Take a look at this group to read the countless horror stories that are the same as mine...https://www.facebook.com/LgRefrigerators
