Really loving my new set. The washer starts out by determining load size for you. You just pick the kind of clothes and temp then washer does rest. Its so smart. Its quiet. Cleans awesome.

Replaced my 12 year old coventional top loading washer with this new LG washer and I feel like I've finally joined the 21st century. Love the large capacity and how well the clothes are cleaned. I have nothing negative to say.

I have not used the steam feature yet, so cannot rate about that function. Overall happy with product. It runs quietly and handles the large loads of our family of seven.

Just got the washer and dryer and they both work great. Very easy to use and the clothes come out clean and dry. Very low noise and plays a jingle when done. I haven't tried all the settings yet, but these units are great for the price.

This washer is great with the washer/dryer combo. It has many different cycle settings including steam cycle. It has a large enough capacity to hold heavy comforters and it remains very quiet and efficient.

We looked at dozens of washer/dryer sets before decided on these LG products. I wanted front loading machines, a washer with a hand wash cycle and a dryer with a steam wrinkle-out option, a graphite color, and flat surface tops, and this was really the only set which met all my criteria. I did about 7 loads of laundry the first week, and I have been very pleased. I bought the longest extended warranty Best Buy offered, and the Best Buy delivery guys who brought the set out and hooked it up were absolutely wonderful. They even gave me a litle tutorial on how to use them. From the purchase to the delivery, everyone was extremely helpful and gave us 5 star service.

We purchased this LG washer to replace another we'd had for seven years. That being said, we've only put thirty to forty loads through it to date; we haven't given it a run of very strenuous laundry to do... So far, I'm confident that our return to LG products will serve its eel through the next six to seven years!

We unfortunately had a washer die way too young, so we really researched washers and brands. LG models all were well reviewed. This model in particular came with all the bells and whistles, got great reviews, and was at a reasonable price point. So far, so good. Does a great job cleaning and hopefully I will be able to report in 15 years that it is still around.

Efficient, saves water & time, significantly less noise

very happy with it . we are using it at a vacation house so usually 10 or more people and it is used by some for 2 items and others filled to capiticity everyone has been able to use it with little troubles

Got this to replace a 10 year old LG front load. Nothing wrong with the other one, just wanted a newer and bigger model. We have had great luck with LG appliances and will continue to purchase them. Only complaint is the water hammering that it produces when it calls for water. Not sure why it's so bad, but not that big of a deal.

I am a former top load non HE washer user and I am impressed with the savings this machine affords me. I don't use as much water or detergent as with the top load which you can actually see as the machine operates. Loading the machine is also easier. However the Allergiene feature, which is great, only operates with a very high water temp which means some fabrics may shrink if washed with this feature. The machine will only pause for a few minutes as opposed to my other machine which pauses until you restart, that is not convenient.

Love this dryer.Very quiet. Uses very less detergent and water. Steam function is awesome especially for kids clothing.

I purchased the LG washer and dryer set and have been exceptionally pleased with both.

We like the new machine for a number of reason: quite compared to the Maytag we use to have, low vibrations, the Maytag shook the house! Big issue since our wash room is on the second floor. Only complaint is the length of time it takes for one load, twice as long as the Maytag. Wash quality is the same, the spin on this machine wrings out more water though.
