Works like most in this class only draw back is just the two apps youtube, and Netflix not that i need them just wanted to use them with the better audio for the player then my older tv had, Picture quality is excellent and easy to use

This is a fine DVD player for 4K. Easy setup, NO noise at all, very slim and the small remote is not too complicated, just right. No RCA connectors, but I don't care. I don't have any speaker system, so it is great is you just want a decent playing DVD player. It does seem to upgrade regular cd's to HI def, have not tried it for 4 K yet.

Watched a few shows on it now, so far its working well for us.

Looks like LG has worked out all the glitches from the previous generations of its 4k players. Interface is very dated and limited amount of streaming apps is only thing to mention on the minus side but for me it doesn't matter. Just give me a great picture and I am happy and thats just what it does. This model has built in Wifi plus you get a free Logitech remote 665 with it.

I wasn't too impressed with the LG - UBK90. the up scaling is not as good as the Sony - UBP-X700. I compared both of them and the Sony definitely did a better job. Also in the menu when you select play for the movie the tv screen goes to a blinding white light for a few seconds when you start the movie. Very annoying. The remote doesn't let you activate closed captions while watching a movie. It is Dolby Vision compatible which worked right out of the box so that is good. Does a good job at playing the 4K discs and it looks good but the rest is not worth me keeping this when i can get a cheaper device like the Sony that does a better job overall.

Got this as our 1st 4k Ultra player. Not disappointed. Great quality, easy to set up wifi.

Since purchasing this machine, I have slowly been building up my inventory of 4K movies as they come on sale. That being said, I am very happy with the quality of picture and sound that this player provides. As with most technology today, it was easy to connect and simple to use. Don't forget, if you are going to purchase a new 4K player, you need a new 4K HDMI cable that will support it.

This is my first foray into the world of 4K Ultra HD and picked up this player on sale along with a promotion for three free movies. Decided to go with an LG player since the TV I also recently purchased was also made by LG. Player was easy to set up and I was watching movies in no time. Tried it with both 4K format and regular Blu-Rays. Both looked great and can't complain about the playback, set up, nor the ease of using the device.

Easy hookup, havent used much yet.nice picture. Very good price.Looks nice and sleek.

So far i like this player. Its simple controls make it easy to use. Has played every disk i have thrown at it. Decent remote too. As far as streaming apps go, look elseware. Only has netfix and youtube built in with now way to down load others.

This is my 2nd player, my 1st was Sony 800 but it did not support Dolby vision. This one does however support it. Couple things I don’t like about the LG is the fact I don’t have a audio button to change between formats. You have to go into the menu to access that. Another thing that bugs me is when watching movies a little icon will randomly appear in the top right corner that looks like a loading icon for content. Haven’t figured out what this is yet. Other than that the player does what I want and that’s to play my movies with 4K Dolby vision (with movies that support) also I got a harmony 665 remote for free with it. Just a added bonus.

This 4K player has good picture quality with 4K movies and has a good number of ports in the back. If you want a smart player with more than two apps you might want go with another player since it doesn't have the flexibility with apps like other players do. It is a little long and takes up a good amount of space so make sure that you have the room for it.

I was using my Xbox One X for a UHD player. But after upgraded my tv and reciever to a Dolby vision compatible system I bought another 4K player. I am so glad I did. It loads super fast, and the picture quality is definitely an upgrade form the Xbox X. Plus Dolby Vision if you have it, is superior to HDR10.

Replaced an old blu-ray that died and I can honestly say this one is way better than our previous unit. Video looks better on all media, it loads faster, and it's significantly quieter.

Great for watching all of your 4K movies has great quality and also has WiFi!

Great dvd player, i am very satisfied, it was very easy to install with very good instructions. I added this to the 65" NanoCell tv i purchased from Bestbuy (also a great product). The picture and sound quality is amazing. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. Bestbuy has never let me down.
