Got this on an open box sale. Great deal for a blu ray player! Amazing how much clearer the picture is compared to my old DVD player. I’m not too savvy about setting these things up, but it was fairly easy. Only needed an HDMI cable and not rca jacks. I would recommend this player, and the LG brand is good.

Great picture and sound enhancement even on regular DVD's. Could be certain DVD's, but some discs it skips the introductory stuff. With BlueRay that doesn't seem to happen. However, I don't spend a lot of time watching the small screen so actually haven't used this much. Easy to use but best of all, small footprint/very portable.

Great blue ray player at a good price we replaced our old player of 8-10 years and this one works so much better glad we bought it

This is a basic device for playing Blu-Ray discs. It can also play DVDs and CDs, but does not have audio outputs, so the audio processing of CDs will have to be done by your receiver or other converter. It does not handle 4K. It does not have Wi-Fi, so if you want to use it for streaming you have to connect it to your internet router with an Ethernet cable. The only output is by HDMI. The only other connector is the Ethernet jack. The remote control is small and the buttons are small and closely spaced. The unit is small and lightweight but the build quality seems adequate. It loads and plays Blu-Ray discs quickly. If you just want a device to play your Blu-Rays and DVDs, this inexpensive unit does that job well.

Works great and at a great price! Was very nervous going into the store to buy a new Blu Ray player after all these years, but this simple unit had all the things i needed and didnt have all the things i didnt need. Works fast, movies look great, and the simole remote is easy to navagate menus.

This is a basic, no frills player that does the job. Easy to set up and simple to operate, it does an excellent job of playing standard DVDs as well as Blu-ray discs. This unit has a compact, sleek design and is a great value for the price if you're looking for a player without all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Blu-ray player! It has a great picture and I was able to connect it in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a new Blu-ray player!

Very nice small, portable blue ray player. I bought a similar one made by Sony about 4 years ago and it suddenly just died on me. Hopefully this one will last longer. Great picture and easy to use so far. Very happy with my purchase. This is also a 'Smart' blueray player, so I'm able to add a few options to my dumb tv.

Great Blu-ray play. No frills, simple to use in a compact case.

This was a purchase for only BTS DVDs and Blu - Rays (lets be real - I have not had any use for an actual disc player for YEARS) however since I am a BTS stan and they come out with Summer Packages and other DVDs and Blu-Rays I was in need for this. It wasn't the cheapest that they had in stock but I am very surprised with the quality! It does its job better than I had anticipated.

Great value and Blu-Ray picture quality. Along with (1) HDMI Port, includes (1) EtherNet & (1) USB Port, and access to Streaming Services such as: Netflix, Pandora, Spotify, & YouTube. Nice compact footprint. If you are not ready for 4K playback, this is the one to buy!

Overall, we've been pretty happy with the LG bluray player. It was reasonably priced and has performed well. It is a little loud spinning the disc at times, but when we don't notice, it's not a problem. When we do notice it, we wished it wasn't making noise interfering with the movie we're watching, but what are you going to do?

This is the 2nd one I've purchased so far and as long as they keep making this style, it'll be my go to. Can connect to other apps with ease. Small and can fit in small spaces.

I recently went with my Mom to buy a her a new DVD player. We started at Best Buy, and went right to LG section. I saw this Blue -Ray DVD player and asked some questions from the clerk in store. And Mom and I decided to get this one for her. She is so happy with this product and I am as well. Great picture and easy to set up and use.

Solid, easy and simplistic enough to use with any smart tv. Blu-Ray DVDs are crystal clear, even the standard dvd format is crystal clear. You won’t be disappointed with this LG model. The price is affordable and easy to troubleshoot. I’ll be purchasing more in the near future.
