Works great! Easy to use and cheap! Must buy for blue ray player at a low price. Grab it its totally worth it+

This is a fine Bluray player for what I needed it for. I don't need streaming options, I just wanted a cheap player. This does fine.

Easy to hook up and easy to use - that's important because it was bought for a 93 year old. It's light enough for her to handle and she can carry it and hook it up to the kitchen or bedroom TV. (Before you think "Why not 2 players?", she doesn't want one hooked up permanently to the kitchen TV.) She likes it very much. Just don't forget to buy the HDMI cable - we forgot and had to run out and get one.

Easy set up for an older person. Easy-to-use and great picture.

We wanted a Blu Ray player for a few movies our toddler was given, so we did not want to spend a lot of money on it. We bought this, and it ended up being fabulous and really good quality. We use it for both our Blu Rays and DVDs now, and sold our old DVD only player. We've had no problems with it, but quite frankly, for the price we paid, if it only lasted 2-3 years and broke, and we had to buy a new one, we wouldn't complain. In fact, we'd buy it all over again.

This is very Easy to use. Gave to my niece, she loves it and can navigate well. Great purchase and quality.

I found out by mistake that this actually plays the closed caption on the disks that aren't formatted with English subtitles. I have a hearing loss and need to watch my shows with the caption. When the new DVD or Blu-ray players came out that were thru hdmi hookup evidently prior to 2010 the caption was analog and would not translate to digital (I read that somewhere). All the shows I watched on CBS had closed captioning prior to 2010 but not formatted with subtitles. It's nice to be able to watch my DVDs without headphones! I have a smart TV so I haven't hooked up the internet or any of the apps on this DVD player I just use it for DVDs or blu ray discs.

Goood and cheap Blu-ray player. Does not have Wi-Fi capabilities, so be aware. Other than that, it works as expected.

This is a solid all around great Blue-ray player. Picture quality of the Blue-ray disks are great. This player also plays normal DVD's as well. The Blue-ray player is super easy to set up, and highly recommend that you use an HDMI cord (NOT INCLUDED) to connect your Blue-ray player to your TV. The HMDI connection will provide you with the highest level of picture quality. For the price this is a solid Blue-ray player and I highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a good Blue-ray player.

Works great most of the time and love the memory feature that lets you resume even if the disc is accidentally ejected. Buttons on the remote are very small and don't care much for the layout. Qwerk: my Roku remote seems to work on the same frequency and if I grab that remote by mistake and push pause it puts the unit into a setup for streaming, and erases the memory for where ones at in the movie. One time it froze when trying to back up a few seconds to re-watch a scene. Had to turn the unit off to get it to unfreeze.

THIS IS A SIMPLE UNIT BUT IT WORKS REALLY WELL AND IT'S COMPACT SO IT FITS EASILY INTO THE CABINET WHERE I HAVE IT.

I bought this because of the low cost. It is a basic player at a very reasonable price. It also has apps for streaming, like Netflix.

It is a great blu-ray player. The picture is crystal clear! It is easy to use, especially the traditional remote control.
