I had to buy a new Blue ray player as mine died. This hooked up quickly and it is a good player. Videos are very sharp and you cannot beat the price! Very easy to operate and works well with my LG TV and sound system. I would recommend this player to anyone looking for a good value at this price.

Replaced an old VHS/DVD player which had failed. We still have a few DVDs we watch. I really didn’t need a Blu-ray player. This does an awesome job with regular DVDs. Great price and I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the video. Very easy to set up with our Sony Bravia TV. I would highly recommend this if you’re replacing an older player.

Great picture and easy play for great price and perfect size

I got this on sale, and for the price it's a really good deal. The player is really small with no display on the front. All display is done on the TV screen. The remote is not very big either and has to be pointed directly at the blu ray player, but it works well. Good picture and sound from the blu rays also, which is what matters the most.

This is a nice inexpensive and compact Blu-ray player - a very good value. The video from this unit is very sharp and clear and the sound is excellent. This Blu-ray player is also very easy to use.

Nice slim blue ray/ dvd player at a wonderful price. Just plug in and watch. Connected to a new smart tv with no problems. Easy setup and use. Slim size does not take up much room or standout.excellent deal and Newport News Best Buy staff were great to work with as always.

Good player and haven't had any issues. Some basic things to keep in mind are that the steaming functions are very basic with no ability to add more apps, it only has Ethernet, no WiFi, and the tray could use some improvement. The tray has only 1 spot to reach in and grab the disc which often leads to popping the disc out some and sliding it around before you actually get a hold of it. It works best if your finger is small enough to reach through the middle of the disc and also grab the edge where it is designed to be grabbed. Not recommended for those with larger fingers. As for the apps, it only has 6 and no ability to download or add more. The 6 apps are Vudu, Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, and Napster. Overall, it's a good player and I would recommend it. It's perfect for my computer room.

Bought this for our Condo. Plays Blu Ray and regular DVDs fine. Also has Ethernet port for streaming, and supports Netflix. reasons I did not give it 5 Stars: No WiFi (but my router is next to the player, so wired connect worked fine and wired is usually faster anyway). Streaming was a little slow. It did lock up once (which I heard it would do occasionally) and had to pull the power plug to reset.

This plays my DVDs and Blu-ray discs with good quality. It has an app so you can run it control it from your phone (I don't use this since I always keep my remote close by). Only complaint is that it does not consistently remember where I left off for all discs; maybe I'm just doing it wrong, but it's not intuitive. Not a deal-breaker though. Would buy again for the low price.

This LG blu ray player is everything that you want in a dvd player. What was great was how user friendly it was to set up. You follow the prompts, and it is ready to go. The player is light and compact, with easy to use controls. The picture is far superior to what I expected. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality blu ray dvd player.

This DVD player is amazing! We've recently got a new TV and our old Sony DVD player would no longer work with the TV specifications, and I always wanted a DVD player that not only plays our regular DVDs, but also some of our Blu-Ray DVDs. I didn't want much fuss, and this DVD player does a great job. I will say that the remote control that came with it doesn't work at all, but the LG TV remote I had is able to work with this very well. Highly recommend this DVD player!

This little player is a gem! It’s compact but has a lot to offer and I love that it takes up very little space in my kitchen. It’s very easy to install ( plug and go) and it’s very good quality. I highly recommend!

I love that it is compact and doesn’t take up much room. It was very easy to hook it up. I’m so glad the HDMI cable was included. So far it works as a expected. The very affordable price was also a plus. I would recommend this to anyone.

I totally recommend it. It gave I needed another blu-ray player real fast and this was the cheapest one I could find. Awesome quality and no issues.

My old DVD/VHS player died and I was dreading shopping for a new one. This one is 1/3 the size of my previous machine and 10 times the power. It's great to have a smart box. So easy to set up and add other streaming channels. I am buying another one to replace my other antique DVD player!!!

Our old blu ray player wouldn't play blu ray anymore. We just wanted a basic one and didn't want to spend a lot. This one has been great! Easy to use and will actually play blu rays! :) It's got a cool look and doesn't take up much space. The battery for the remote was even included!

It's a DVD and Blu-ray player. Simple to hook up, very easy to use. Small footprint, which is exactly what we needed for the master bedroom. Remote is TINY (easily lost), so we use our cable remote for it. Don't hesitate to purchase.
