Great price, great Blu-ray Player. We bought a second one because it plays great and the quality is great.

Bought this as a replacement for an old player. Works great, easy to use, looks good on my 4k TV. Has streaming built in, but so did my tv, so not really using it. No wifi, so that is kind of disappointing, but I have easy access to a wired connection. Overall, a good unit.

This Blu ray player is really great. It is compact and plays multiple formats. The picture is clear and sharp. The only downside is it does not have a WiFi. But you can wire it to your modem and enjoy Netflix on your non-smart TV.

The LG-BP175 provides excellent quality video and audio. The upscale of old black and white classics such as To Kill A Mockingbird, Harvey and Casablanca are tremendous. It is very easy to use. It doesn't have some streaming features but I didn't want them. I just wanted a Blu Ray player that will play my existing library of DVD's and Blu Ray movies with great clarity and resolution of the video and provide a high quality audio. This player exceeds my expectations.

The LG-Streaming Audio Blu-Ray player is perfect for the garage or children’s room when you just want a simple, easy to use, quality blu-ray player. It is a good value for the cost. I would recommend it for anyone who is or not tech savvy.

This Blu Ray player was so easy to set up. It also allows for internet hook up. We used an Ethernet cable right from the router. Has access to Amazon, NetFlix and Hulu and many more those are just the ones we use. Player to TV quality is good as expected.

We bought ours at the beginning of the pandemic, after holding off on BlueRay for a long time. The Streaming functions are a little less robust than many devices I own, but this product is well priced, superior quality, and easy to use.

This was a replacement and I wanted just a basic unit without all the bells and whistles, as I have a smart TV with all those already. This was perfect, plugged in, set up was a breeze after attaching the HDMI cable (not included) and off we went. Plays quietly and can easily switch between the player, the TV and Roku with no issues. Simple and basic but does the job very well. My DVDs play well in this unit as well. I haven't tried the audio section for streaming services yet so I will pass on that and defer to those that actually use that feature. Overall, excellent basic unit for the needs I have, keeps it promises so that is all I need to know!!!

Fairly easy to use; wish it had more functions on the player itself rather than just the remote. Got a decent deal with open box; otherwise, pricey if you just want a DVD player.

A very good blu-ray player. I like the player interface. When there is a flash drive and disc, they can be selected in the same menu option. There are two things that I don't like The remote is a little weird, the skip forward/back and fast-forward and rewind are grouped together instead of the skips on the outside and the fast-forward and rewind in the middle. All my other remotes are configured in the latter. It has taken a bit to get use to. The only other small thing is the last LG blu-ray player I had a digital display, now the only way to get a blu-ray player is to spent around $500 with any brand. Other than the remote layout and non-display, it has played all the dvds and blu-rays that we have, plus mp3, mp4, jpgs that are on the flash drive. We are very happy with it for the price that we paid.

For a cheap DVD player that has capability of streaming, worth the money. You need to have it hard wired to router, no bluetooth. Clicker is small, disk capture after opening is weird, clumbsy. Set up was very easy...worth 49.00

Nice simply player to add to my Basement set up where I can still watch DVD's and Blu-ray while working. This takes up little space, looks clean and functions perfectly with older tv.

My mom's old blu-ray player sadly kicked the bucket recently, and in turn I wanted to gift her a new one for Mother's Day. I found this great little LG player at an amazing price and it had awesome reviews to back it up. Setup is simple and it's so small that you can fit it almost anywhere! I love the fact that you can use one player for both DVD and Blu-ray videos, as well as options like USB Flash Drive exploration and the ability to use your internet (NOT wirelessly, however) if you choose. If you're looking for a simple player that does a lot, I'd definitely suggest this one.

Great blu Ray player for the price. Looks great on my 4k HDTV. Great for kids media room. East to use. USB allows to watch movies right from flash drive if wanted.

Nothing fancy and not many bells and whistles, but if you're looking for a good Blu-ray player then this is the one. Easy to hook up and plays our older Blu-rays well. Good purchase for the price!

I only use this player to watch DVD's and Blu-Ray discs so I can't speak to its streaming capabilities. But for disc play, it's easy to use, quiet and produces great picture and sound quality. I also like that, with a push of a button, I can see how much time a movie or TV episode will take and how much I've already watched. And if I don't have time to watch a movie in one sitting, I can shut the player off and it will pick up where I left off when I turn it back on. Oh, and installation was a snap; just don't forget that you have to buy an HDMI cable separately.

Purchased to use at home and to take when travelling for streaming and DVD rental. Small enough to pack in the suitcase, easy to install wherever you need to. Good product for the price. Does the job.

It has no wifi, just ethernet. Keep that in mind if you want to use this as a smart device for apps. That would be a pretty clunky way to use apps in 2020 anyway as there are much better options. I think everyone pretty much has a smart TV or a stick already, so I don't think it's that big of a deal. I own 2 and they work great. Pretty much the cheapest quality Blu Ray player you're going to find. Redbox plus this player is a great way to rent cheap movies and not have to pay 3 times as much for streaming rentals. Pays for itself.

Simple enough for a Luddite like me to use. Quality is excellent. Good price. Only drawback is the remote is a tad hard to read due to the small size.
