    Plays DVD and blue rays well. Internet functions is terrible. Can't be plugged in and does not pick up 5G wireless. So any internet tv/movies are low quality, slow, or don't load.

    The wifi keep discconecting, I purchased this player as a Christmas Gift, and the owner keep telling me that cant enjoy any Netflix or Youtube video without getting disconnected from the internet, the usb media player is amazing but the wifi support is what makes the worst purchase, if you are planing to buy this br player, go for a sony br player, dont waste your money/time.

    Played the bluray movies great, but froze way too often while streaming any programs on wifi.

    Excellent price, but very slow access to internet. DVD quality good.I purchased for access to the internet (netflix etc), would not recommend.

    Excellent product. My only complaint is when the internet goes out and your watching a blueray movie; The unit interrupts your movie every five minutes to remind you that the internets down.

    Did not have the ability to hard wire ethernet cable from internet modem to blueray player. Lot of drop off from access to Hulu and Netflix

    DVD is good, but is need add HMDI cable into the Dvd box because if the wifii in house no work, or in the house no have internet , this is frustrating for customer, because we can think at the dvd package is complete and when you open the DVD box no have HMDI cable, and in the description the box no have indication "without cable" for to buy for separate. Thank you.

    It hooks up pretty easy but it wouldn't stay connected to Internet even though none of our other devices were having issues and we even added for internet speed. It would also freeze every time we tried Netflix. We returned to exchange it for another one, hoping the next one is fine and just that one was bad.

    The controls are primitive for getting online and the lag is terrible. I have to return this piece of garbage to the store. I just wanted to watch Hulu, not stare at the screen

    I have to log into my internet every time I turn this on and it looses the signal after about 10 minutes and I have to log back in. Not happy with it. It does have great features and a great picture

    We have some issues with this DVD player not connecting to the internet or throwing up error codes. Also, since it has no screen, it's hard to know if it's gotten the signal when you press on/off. It's not a bad DVD player, but given the chance to repurchase, I wouldn't.

    Sad that this LG Blu-ray player is the most frustrating piece of electronics I've ever known. The player freezes up on all streaming channels and loses internet access after every power-down. It is possible that I got a clunker but I will stick to Sony at the future.

    It is an ok player. We basically bought it so we didn't have to go through the PS4 anymore. Plays discs just fine, but constantly having internet problems and the whole things freezes. We just use it for discs now.

    Bought this player over the Sony to begin with because it was slightly cheaper and I only wanted it mainly for the internet purposes. Worked okay for about a month and then it wouldn't stay connected the the Internet and had problems ever since. Should have known it would happen because the guy at the store warned me people had troubles with it and I should buy the Sony. Needless to say I returned it and bought the more expensive Sony he recommended.
