The craft ice is perfect for large personal water bottles, its true to temp, refrigerator thawing frozen meat takes days not over night like my old fridge. And the storage is perfect for large and small items both in the door and inside with easily adjustable shelving.

This refrigerator is just WOW!!! It makes crushed and cubed ice and has a awesome feature to make large ice balls which are great for parties. The convenient open door option to just get to cold drinks is really nice. Love the sleek and modern look. Goes well with my other stainless steel appliances and looks great in my kitchen. Ample space to organize things .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!

This is one big refrigerator. But thats the way my wife and I wanted it. You see I do all of the grocery shopping and I'd typically come home with more food than our old refrigerator could handle without a major reorganization project... We've not had any problem fitting most anything into this large capacity refrigerator. It also has two ice makers producing two different types of ice, traditional cubes out the door and round spheres (craft ice) down below in the freezer compartment... I'd been skeptical of the glass door thinking it was a gimmick, it's actually very convenient not having to open the entire door and look for what you thought you had. Frequently utilized items are easily retrieved... Yes I'd recommend this large capacity refrigerator as it's such a joy to use.

I've been very please at the performance of this refrigerator. I was skeptical of the "whiskey ball" ice maker but I really do love it for more than just whiskey. The fridge is also significantly quieter than my previous fridge. Very pleased w/ the purchase! I was able to purchase at a steep discount @ Best Buy (I'm not sure the fridge is worth the original MSRP).

Its been well over 6 weeks now that I have had the LG Studio. Besides looking absolutely CHIC in my kitchen, it is a real peace of technological genius . My fruits and vegetables have literally staid absolutely fresh, long past what it should be.. The ice machine and the craft ice are both excellent pluses. The easy access quick grab / knock knock glass door is so cool and really makes life easier. I don't need to open the fridge completely every time just to grab a drink or my normal go to. Also to note, the LG app is really cool because it alerts me the status of my refrigerator .I really like it. So far im absolutely loving this refrigerator.

This has been the best money I have ever spent on an appliance. I absolutely LOVE the side door. The freezer part doesn't look big enough, but there is so much room for everything I could possibly need. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Overall the fridge itself runs good but it came with dents on the freezer portion that I did not see at first until the light was shining on it. I also had to take 1 shelf out in order to have enough room.

What an amazing experience with this new refrigerator

i have had this fridge for 2 months and the ice machine started making noises and then just completely stopped working. for a high end product i could not be more annoyed. i am now dealing with LG service to have it replaced.

RUN from this refrigerator. I’ve had it around five months and the freezer is not cooling properly, craft ice doesn’t form properly, and now I’m getting a layer of ice in the ice bin and on the floor of the freezer. LG customer service (after many attempts to contact them) has finally declared it out of warranty and has stopped responding to my questions. Save yourself the headache and thousands of dollars.

Out of all the kitchen appliances I recently purchased at Best Buy as a retirement gift to me, this refrigerator is absolutely THE BESTEST GIFT OF THEM ALL! It has TWO, yes, 2 ice makers. One in the left hand door and one in the lower drawer. The one down below makes ice balls almost the size of tennis balls! If you drink a LOT of iced tea like me (and I literally drink gallons in the summer!) then this is the frig for you! The left side door is glass and when you tap on it twice the inside lights up so you can see what's there in the door! The front right door is a dual door with a button on the handle so you can open the front BEVERAGE compartment that I use all the time! It is a fantastic! The left door as an wonderful cold water dispenser that will also dispense pre-measured amounts in 4oz. 8oz. 16oz & 32oz. That comes in handy, believe me! The shelves inside are excellent and the entire unit is cabinet depth. My wife likes it too! It is wonderful!

Awesome refrigerator with lots of features. Loved knock knock and smart ice. And we chose this as counter depth, saves space and looks good with counter top.

So far (one week), this fridge is remarkable. The door in door is so easy to use and allows you to open just a small part of the unit, saving electricity. It is also very quiet. We can't hear it running anywhere in the house even though it is on the wall shared with our bedroom. Our last refrigerator was so loud, it would wake us in the night when it shut down. The highlight, at this point, is the craft ice feature. The round ice balls make a soft drink or cocktail exceptional. We can say nothing negative about this refrigerator.

Everything we wanted. Style, functionality, ease of use. We rearranged our kitchen to make this the center of attention - well deserved. We love the custom ice (round) and the door-in-door gets the most use. The knock-on-glass feature is nice, but we don’t use it that much since the door-in-door is so easy to use. Great fridge. If we sell the house, we’ll either take it with us or buy the same model again.

Refrigerator performing better than expected. Plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. Ice maker works great and ability to turn off second ice maker a plus. This is our second LG Refrigerator and couldn't be happier with our selection of another LG Product.

So far, have only had this fridge for a few of days however it is true counter depth. Gives a beautiful updated look and has a massive refrigeration section. The craft ice produced is a nice treat however it does take away from the size of the freezer. I will update this review in 2 months

Don’t regret buying but only wish the shelving could be adjusted better. It may be me though because haven't read the instructions yet. Craft ice is amazing. Definitely a good purchase.
