Don’t regret buying but only wish the shelving could be adjusted better. It may be me though because haven't read the instructions yet. Craft ice is amazing. Definitely a good purchase.

This is the second one we purchased we like them that much. The craft ice is great at keeping drinks cold without diluting them as much. The regular ice in the door is nice too. Delivery was on time and installation went smoothly.

Absolutely love this fridge, not exaggerating. Ok there is the fact that it’s counter depth, that’s not a plus for me, as that means slightly less storage but otherwise I love it. The door that opens within the door, favorite. The color on the inside not being white, classy. The fact that it makes regular ice AND spherical long lasting ice, entertaining. (Had issues loading photos)

Counter depth saves floor space, but still adequate storage inside. Craft ice is nice to have, not just for cocktails, but for keeping drinks colder longer.

This is a very nice looking refrigerator and gives you easy access. We replaced a KitchenAid appliance (both are counter-depth). However, issues are it's shorter than our old fridge leaving a small gap to the top cabinetry and it's smaller inside.

Love this Fridge, The Ice balls are a nice touch, freezer storage you have to play tetris sometimes, but overall I couldn't imagine a better fridge. No problems so far.

I have looked over this model at the store a couple times. But doesnt do this model justice until its in your home. Every item is working as stated. Excellent design features and functionality. I purchased 5 appliances and by far my favorite so far.

We replaced our previous full-size LG. Although the previous one died on us, it was due to a known issue in the compressor. It seems it has been fixed now and the current one has the highest ratings. It fits perfectly with counter-depth and less space does not seem to be a problem. Extra roll-out in the freezer is a huge plus. I would buy it again.

Love the way this refrigerator looks and it stores a good amount for a counter depth. It gets cold, and seems to work well. We did have an issue with the main board, but an LG rep came and replaced it free of charge and things have been fine.

love the Refrigerator. At first I thought it was going to be to small but it is the perfect size. The interior is pure elegance. I love it more than the Cafe refrigerator I was waiting for.

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing an open box item from Best Buy outlet. I was told everything worked fine on the refrigerator when I purchased. Not only did we have to wait 3 weeks for delivery but on delivery day I receive a call stating the refrigerator was unable to be installed because the power cord was broken. Instead of Best Buy trying to help me for their discrepancies they took the refrigerator back to the warehouse and supposedly refunded me but that refund has yet to go through. I spent DAYS calling the store only for the line to ring 5 times and continuously hang up on me. No resolution of any kind after waiting 3 WEEKS unless It involved me going back up to the store which I shouldn’t have to do at all in this manner. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of customer care I received after Best Buy’s horrible service.
