I have always had issues with ice makers in previous refrigerators but my new LG does not have those problems. I am very happy with the frig and would recommend it..

The door in a door is my favorite thing. It makes it handy for my grandchildren to use. Everyone the comes to visit asks where I bought the refrigerator.

I love this fridge! I make cakes in my spare time and the flexability of the shelves, the 3 drawer freezer and easy accessability to the contents are all awesome. The kids love the front access for milk and quick use items like water bottles, condiments and spices. The only wish loo ist item i have is for the ice maker to hold a little more ice, but as you can step of ice production with the push of a button or by using the app on your phone, it hasnt really been a huge issue.

We love how the inside is designed. The door in door is cool. We open the main fridge rarely now.

Either coming or going to the frig you are trying to carry something and manage the opening/closing of the door. French doors require that both be opened for access, this requires both hands, which eliminates the ability to hold something at the same time. Therefore, the two door frig is inefficient to use because it takes more trips to do the same work as a single door machine. Also, with the two doors open there isn't much room for a larger person to reach comfortably into the rear of the frig. Also, The backside of the easy access area has a door that is push to latch === push to unlatch. If food is stored close to the front of the main frig shelves touches the door it will unlatch and become a nuisance.

We were looking for a counter depth fridge and very happy we selected this one.

Doesn't show finger prints and love how the French drawer opens for easy access. Left drawer had an issue closing but LG has responded quickly to fix it under warranty.

When I walked into the store I knew what I wanted but the sales representative really gave me some good tips on the difference in the refrigerator I wanted vs the one I bought. Although it was over my spending limit he really sold me on it and I bought it. It was a great buy and would come back to that location to make future purchases because of there knowledge about there products

I returned a new Samsung for this one and I like this way better! Its much nicer, better layout, makes ice quicker and has lots of cool features. One thing I dont understand is wifi/bluetooth feature.

Reviewed several models and talked to several employees at BB and Sears. All agreed that LG was more dependable than Samsung. Also, glad they fixed the water in the door on this model. Everything is dispensed in one place so no more water shooting out to the floor like the older models.

Love the accuracy of the cooling and the lighting.

Needed a new fridge. Did my research brought my kids with me to see what was best for them so me and my wife don’t need to get up every 2 minutes to get them something. Juice boxes right in front door so the don’t have to keep opening up the fridge.

I was forced to purchase a counter depth refrigerator and this one fit the bill nicely. The freezer is a little small requiring careful packing. The ice maker works well however my biggest complaint is that it forces you to cycle through the ice, water, and crushed ice settings instead of allowing direct choices.

All the features of my older frige but fits the space without sticking out into the walkway. Only downside-water/ice dispenser dribbles a small amount after cup is removed.
