Love Love my refridgerator lots of storage spaces.

We have only had this fridge for a few weeks...but it's awesome! I love the space and the extra drawer for different items such as wine, cheese etc.

Perfect countertop refrigerator. Quiet and has a very nice appearance.

Love the ice maker. Also the filtered water. The extra door for highly used items is both convenient and efficient.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCE PROTECTION PLANS FROM BEST BUY!!! Trying to arrange a repair appointment for the LG refrigerator/freezer. My first call was efficiently and politely handled by the rep. He suggested I might be able to get an earlier appointment by calling the Geek Squad Special Forces. It all went downhill from there. After a 70 minute wait, the Special Forces rep referred me to a service company who won't answer their phone , has a full message mailbox, and has a boatload of terrible online reviews. Still trying to get a service appointment. This is completely unacceptable to say the least.

We bought this at an exclusive deal because it was a floor model. Very nice fridge for the price.

I never purchase extended warrantys. Not sure what compelled me to do it for this product but I did. A three year "Geek Squad" protection plan. Of course, a couple months after it expired, the compressor (the expensive part of the refrigerator) failed. LG covered the replacement of the compressor but the labor to install the new one was $500. In my previous 50 years on this planet, I've never seen a refrigerator compressor fail...

Design is great, love the hidden door feature it make access for the kids to grad a juice or snack without having to open the whole fridge.

I loved my new fridge I could not for more features on a fridge. I loved that I am able that everything fits neatly and well organized. I loved the easy and intuitive settings- even a child can figure them out. LG is my new favorite when it comes to kitchen appliances.

Currently own a previous LG that is very poor. This one is well designed & well made with some very thoughtful conveniences as a bonus.

Your delivery guys leveled it from side to side, but failed to level front to back. The top of the refrigerator is leaning on the wall. Looks terrible and it wobbles when you open the doors. Very disappointed.

It's only a week for us & so far we've liked its overall features,door in door in particular is a cool feature.It looks attractive & upscale.Make ice quick & dispenser water nicely,little more refrigerator space would've made it much better fit 4 us.Rest need to see how it performs in coming months !

We bought this refrigerator two and a half years ago. The refrigerator stopped cooling this summer. I paid a technician to check the refrigerator and it turns out that the compressor is not longer working. I checked online and many people face the same issue. Obviously LG's compressor would break down frequently due to the design defect. Our food had to be thrown out. For more than 14 days, we spend 5+ hours talking to LG customer service and nothing can be done. Even after I find the qualified refrigerator service provider myself, LG failed to send in the authorization letter not mention any part needed to fix it. Two weeks without a refrigerator during a pandemic is difficult. LG is extremely disappointing without doing anything but throwing in excuses to delay the service. I will never buy another LG appliance and will tell all my friends to do the same. Hope anyone who sees this review don't make the same mistake as we did.

After looking at many refrigerators and reviews we selected this LG model because it was a counter depth model, had French doors, and had the door-in-door option. After having a few days, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The water/ice dispenser works well and doesn't shoot all over the floor. The ice bin does seem small, but so far hasn't been an issue. I have an iPhone and there is an "LG Smart Refrigerator" app, I had no issues getting it to connect to the fridge. The height to the top of the refrigerator is a little higher than the specs indicate, it is about 69" which required me to trim my cabinet for it to fit.

I did extensive research and concluded that this was the most beautiful and well designed fridge of any that were similar. It is even better looking than the pictures show. The LED lighting is cheerful and fantastic, nothing can hide and rot anymore. The fruit and veg bins really do preserve food longer. The ice/water dispenser are beautiful stainless steel, unlike so many that are grey plastic. The freezer organization is fantastic. Three tiered drawers give me choices about where to put different sized items, that allow me to put more food in and still see where it all is. It runs stone cold silent. Last but not least, the door in door feature is such intelligent design. Saves energy and time, keeps the rest of the cold air in the fridge undisturbed. Installers were terrific. My researched a lot, and LG appliances had a much better record on breakdowns and defects than other brands. My family is delighted too. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I purchased this fridge in 2017. Just over 2yrs from purchase, the freezer compressor went out which caused the fridge to stop getting cold and defrosted everything. Luckily it was covered under my extended warranty plan that I opted-in for with Best Buy. The repair was relatively quick and they covered food spoilage which helped with replacing the lost foods. Unfortunately, 6 years from purchase (2023) I am now encountering another problem which seems to be similar where my fridge is leaking water at the bottom of the inside fridge compartment. I'm going to be calling the warranty department to see if there is any type of extended warranty that I'm not aware of that could help cover all/some of the expense. Great fridge, 2 unfortunate issues within 6yrs.

We bought this refrigerator in November 2015. Great features and no problems until June 2018, when refrigerator quit cooling. Turned out to be a catastrophic failure. The appliance is not designed for access or maintenance. Required cutting back off the refrigerator with a torch!. The repairman said would cost $1500 or more. LG was no help at all. They brag about the smart diagnostic (the appliance is supposed to communicate information to the service rep by phone), but never even offered to look into it. They gave me phone numbers of two licensed service companies that were in another town; one company declined to look at our refrigerator. Called a local appliance repairman, who gave us the bad news about the compressor. He said LG uses inferior equipment and are not designed to provide repair access. An internet search revealed that many others have had this same bad experience.
