I love the look and the see through door. We got the counter depth to be more in line with the cabinets at which we're getting acquainted with the smaller size and do miss the extra space, a learning curve. I love the ball ice and hardly use the other. I'm not crazy about the length of the water nozzle and that's why I gave it 4 stars. If you don't position your bottle etc right you will squirt water everywhere, plus it might help if the water spigot/nozzle was a little longer.

Love this refrigerator; the craft ice is nice! Roomy freezer space. The functionality of the light up window is great.

We love the fridge. Love the craft ice and the interior of the fridge is a nice change from the white interiors.

Beautiful fridge, but I'd recommend seeing it in person if possible before buying it. It's considerably smaller than our last one, and lacks the room for tall items (like even our ketchup bottle!) The quick door is awesome and the craft ice is pretty cool, but overall... I would have picked something else just for the usability factor.

Have used this refrigerator for about a month everything is as advertised. Really like the Craft Ice.

Great product! However we chose to have Best Buy deliver. The delivery team damaged the fridge, damaged my stairs and walls. They stated Best Buy would contact us and make it right. Past us to an insurance co, that after two weeks hasn’t called, and I can’t get a hold of.

Love love this LG refrigerator. It stores so much and I especially love the little door area where I can pull out the most used items without opening the entire refrigerator. I also love the freezer area, it has so much room and we especially like the round ice balls for cocktails.

We like the fridge but as soon as we started using it we noticed the ice maker and water dispenser was shorting out. Only a few days old and who knows how many more issues we’ll have. We already had one LG breakdown after only 5 years. We called about an exchange and after a bunch of wasted time on a call asked to be elevated to supervisor, was told we would get a call back and never did. Called again several days later and was told the same thing, still haven’t heard back. Was simply looking for an exchange and have had no luck. Very poor response and service. Best Buy had made this a terrible experience and have no solution for their limited inventory. We’ve spent over 90mins on calls and have not gotten a call back on two occasions. Also had Twitter exchanges with no luck.

In the short time I have owned this product I am completely satisfied. The design is very functional and promotes ease of use. Frequently used items are up front and easy to locate. The freezer compartments make for a well organized choice of foods.

I do not know if this is how it was designed but the craft ice isnt perfect sphere. However overall we are happy with this one. the instaview mini fridge definitely is convenient.

The storage for tall items such as milk, wine bottles, etc is very limited unless a storage shelf is removed. I had to lower a shelf to store salad dressing but the shelf below is now only 6 inches or so. The water dispenser is angled so that a cup must be held up or the water goes over the top of the cup. Too, the crushed ice container must be held very close to the dispenser or shavings are all over the place. I do like the quick entry door for frequently used items and the freezer drawers.
