The counter depth is a smaller shelf depth but there is good storage on doors. Nice to have to different ice options. Craft ice took a few cycles to shape normal and is very slow but works. There are two options on how many you want to make. Freezer space is deep also, very nice refrigerator.

We've been very happy with this fridge. The only issue has been the craft ice maker. Now that we've had it for about a year, the craft ice rarely works. Other than that the fridge is excellent.

It’s pretty. Overpriced. Has some nice features. I wish the door compartments were larger and deeper. I can’t really fit anything in most of them... such as water bottles, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc. The first time I purchased this refrigerator, it stopped working after a few days, displaying an error code. Best Buy was good about replacing it. The craft ice is rather disappointing. The spheres are small and never complete. There’s always dents in the pieces of ice and a ring around the center like an equator.

the refrigerator has plenty of storage space. we really enjoy the ice balls for cocktails. the freezer has three trays lots of storage space . the refrig looks great in the kitcken

Due to the pandemic and a shortage of major appliances, when we went to buy a fridge the first 3 we wanted weren’t available. So, this was our next choice, but we have not been disappointed. We love it so far!

Looks amazing and works great. Only bad thing is scratches easily specially the ice/water tray and handle for ice/water maker.

It has an elegant design and it fits all of my needs. The knock knock window comes in very handy and I am able to save energy by placing all the drinks in the door in door. Fantastic purchase

Only got this fridge because our previous newly purchased GE had broken button upon delivery. Best Buy would only replace it with an in-stock item, and during the pandemic this was the only option as all other models happen to be sold out or on back order including our GE which we would of just rather had replaced. Ice maker has already broke on it. It’s terrible! Happened to my parents fridge also (same model) so we knew it would likely happen to ours…pretty upset that we had to spend so much on a lousy appliance that we didn’t even want. Kind of forced into getting this one and now it quit working a few years later. $3500 down the drain.

So far so good. Very nice refrigerator. Ice maker clogs up and ice has to be broken up a bit from time to time but overall no game stopper.

Product was a good choice. It has taken a while to figure all the storage locations.

We had a Consulant to come out and help measure and pick out the right fridge and this refrigerator has been perfect

I love the finger-print proof finish and the door-within-a-door. I rarely open the actual door. Mostly, I am simply opening the front door to grab a drink.

We had a refrigerator similar to this one in Atlanta. Upon moving to Fairhope and purchasing a home, this was the first thing we added and are extremely happy!

This fridge looks awesome. The round ice feature, the knock knock energy saving feature + a great water dispenser makes it the best out there

Wasn't sure I'd like this, but i really like the easy access for in the front. The deal was sealed with the big round ice balls! Love!

Very nice fridge. Doors do swing wide though so keep in mind if you are wanting it to be flush with your counters.
