Special Order 6 month wait

I’m going on my 4 months without a washer/dryer and after reaching out to bestbuy customer service they tell me its taking longer than expected becasue its a special order. If i would have known in the beginning i would have purchased something else. I’ll give it a 2 star just because of the wait.
